Lunitas Mexican Food — Restaurant in Dallas

I went through the drive thru tonight, knew what i wanted. Got the opposite. I asked for tot nachos, asked what came on it. He told me guac and peco, i asked for both to be removed and to only get the meat and cheese. I got up to the window and they tried to get me to pay for something i didnt ask for, corrected it for me. I did ask for xtra meat which was a xtra charge. I paid $17.98. I gave him $20, ans didnt even get all of the change back. Wasnt angry about that. I paid $17.98 for tots that the box wasnt even halfway filled, and there was sour cream and beans in the tots. I clearly didnt ask for that. When I called them to complain, hoping they would get it right for the next person, I was already 20 mins out of town so going back was not a option. I said everything to the guy on the phone and explained my issue, he stumbled on his words and apologized, had nothing more to say, I just hung up. I am so disappointed with the service at the window, and the food. Not even counting change back correctly was unbelievable. Didnt even apologize. I was overcharged...

Used to be great but about a year or 2 ago the food quality dropped off majorly. Figured we'd try again to see if it had improved and it's gotten even worse unfortunately. The nachos were disgusting honestly. Some chips were stale and some very soggy. The food didn't sit out for any length of time. Definitely not long enough to be completely soggy on the bottom. Won't go back here again for sure. The sauce too has no flavor whatsoever, it's just like colored water. I wasn't surprised it was a half full order at full cost but honestly that wasn't a big deal since it was so terrible. The cheese wasn't even slightly melted, and it entire order was ice cold.

The drive through lady also tried to charge 2x by tapping the machine with the card after it was paid for. Very Shady. Don't let the restaurant photos fool you it looks nothing like...

There was parking right in front of the building, when we went it the atmosphere was great 👍🏼 the gentleman that took my order had superb customer service skills. The chili oil was surprisingly delicious, made out of Chile de arbol. My fav out of all of them although I didn't try the habanero one because gives me instant heartburn. I ordered 2 tortas with no pico de Gallo or lettuce, I asked them to add beans, extra meat and extra cheese. The bread it came in was delicious loved it! I didn't see any guacamole in there (I can't remember now if the gentleman said it came with it or not, if it didn't disregard that) least to say... I was a bit disappointed. There were hardly and meat or beans, there was a decent amount of cheese. It was ok except it gave me the runs and that is the reason...
