Burger King — Restaurant in Dallas

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Every time I come here there is always something wrong with the food, either gross cold, overcooked onion rings or stale, cold fries. Or more ketchup than burger, but this morning has really made me give up on this locating. I ordered 2 hashbrowns ($1each), sausage biscuit ($0.79) and specifically said "a 3 piece French toast" ($1)... so a total of $3.79. When I get to the window I have my card and then the gal told me the total was $5.79. While she is getting my food together I'm thinking of why it was over $5 dollars. Turns out she thought I said 3 orders of the French toast sticks, ok whatever my daughter would probably eat more than 3 and we would give the rest to the ducks we were going to see. Well, the French toast was so over cooked that they were too hard for my daughter to even want to eat, the hashbrowns were cold and tasted like they had been marinated in salt and the biscuit for my sausage biscuit was soggy, but I don't understand how because the only thing on it was an overcooked, dried out sausage patty that couldn't possibly make anything soggy! In my option, this burger king is really mediocre. I have visited this burger king multiple times throughout the years and normally the restaurant is okay. I have also been to other burger kings in Salem or various locations. I went to this specific burger king today and their customer service, soda selection and over all atmosphere in the restaurant was just inadequate and insufficient. I normally skip going into burger kings because normally I am on the go but I had time and wanted to dine in. I ordered and the cashier was spacey and did not seem to care about what I was saying or my questions. Then I looked at their soda selection and ALL of their sodas were out. The cashier did not even warn me that there was no sodas. Then after all of that they messed up by calling out the wrong order numbers. Once my food was called I got a to go bag and decided against eating there. I know that this review might seem a little harsh but I just want to warn others to just visit another burger king if they want a good dine in experience. BURGER EATERS BEWARE: Running late for my kiddo's school pickup, I decided to itch my burger craving by stopping by at this location for the new $6 bacon cheeseburger meal deal. Upon biting into my lukewarm burger, the first thing that I noticed was an absurd amount of mustard wrecklessly splashed on the entire burger. Next, the bacon was missing. Now if this burger would have been for my wife, and I brought it to her without bacon, we would have some real problems. Thank the good lord that this burger was for me and not her. Finally, the nuggets that came with the meal were cold and pink inside. Being the brute of a man that I am, I demolished the meal in less than five minutes. I paid the ultimate price in the following days with multiple, non-stop trips the the can. We had to hire a professional cleaner by the time all was said and done.
