Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

Normally I just let things slide, but man this lady was such a mood killer man. I just went to this Starbucks to use my birthday rewards. Not knowing I had to still pay. I had no idea Starbucks had changed the reward system, but also I had no idea this Starbucks didn’t use the app as a way to pay. If I had my card with me I would’ve gladly payed, but I didn’t. This blonde lady wasn’t understanding, was condescending, and was making a big deal out of nothing. I was about to leave to go to another Starbucks But the awards wouldn’t be able to go back. So I stayed there awkwardly af until her manager stepped in and hooked me up because she’s cool and empathetic. Something the blonde lady doesn’t seem to be. I always come here and my favorite barista is Alicia . She usually there in the afternoons. But I went yesterday and there was a short black girl, who I seen a couple of times .
