I love pollo regio we eat it at least once a week. I usually go to the one by my house in Carrolton, but i was in dallas so i stopped at the one off forest lane. Im so disappointed because i spent $38 on 2 whole chickens and the chicken was so stale and dry, I stay in coppell and I wasn’t going to go back to dallas. Omg that was my first and last time eating there, I was already mad because they only gave me two sauce and when i asked for extra the cashier told me i would have to pay, so I told him he can have the chicken back and give me a refund. He got his manager and she convinced me to go ahead and keep it and she even threw in a bag of chips. The one in carrolton never give me two sauce it’s always 5 and the chicken is fresh, so now me and my family have to eat pizza and really wanted my chicken i hope they read these reviews and do better because i really enjoyed the chicken but i will not spend my money there...

Edit: I had initially had given 5 stars for this place after becoming my favorite fast food place but After returning several times I cannot confirm food is still bussin bussin. But good lord waiting 15+ minutes for food and there being no one in front of you in line in the drive thru is wild and then for them to mess up your order and give you someone else’s food is just straight negligence.

Re-edit: after returning home with the correct order over 40 minutes from when I placed the order (I lived down the street) the food was the worst it has ever been the meat in the quesadilla carne asada was like rubber and every other bite had gristle and fat which was chewier than gum. The burger has been consistently burnt the last few times ordering it the only things still good are the horchata and fries I have to sadly give this place 1 star until I try it again which may be...
