I recently had an exceptional experience at this small business while searching for a phone cover for my older phone. My existing cover had broken, leaving my phone’s buttons unusable, so I was in urgent need of a replacement. Despite being about to close, the owners searched all over their store to find the only cover that would fit my phone.

It’s taken me a couple of weeks to write this review because, while I was urgently trying to find a cover, I was also dealing with a family emergency—my father was in the hospital. The owners' kindness and dedication during such a stressful time were a true blessing. Their outstanding customer service reminded me of the goodness in people and the importance of supporting small businesses that genuinely care about their customers. The owner & his wife were absolutely fantastic! They gave me a great deal on a “used” phone that had never actually been used so it was actually new but couldnt be sold as new, and they even threw in several freebies. They were very knowledgeable, patient, kind, friendly, great service, and even stayed open late to help me set up my new phone. They told me to come back if I had any issues transferring my data and they gave me a warranty. Ive been buying from them for around 3 years for my family, friends even for myself before they had the store and NEVER had an issue and they always let you know you can come back if anything happens.
