How do I get a refund for an online order I made while standing outside this Taco Bell at 1:30am on March. 30, 2022. At 1:50am I walked around to the drive thru window to ask the older hispanic male and female to who I spoke to at 1:30am at the entrance door. At the door at 1:30am I held up my phone showing the man the app screen that shows the progress of the order. The female stood a few feet behind him not saying anything at all. I told the man I wanted a Dr Pepper with my order and asked if I should wait here or pick up my order at the drive thru window. The man said "here" meaning at the entrance door. At 1:50am I walked around to the drive thru window asking where is my order? The woman just finishing up with a car at the drive thru window said nothing to me except that they were closed and there are no orders. The man said they did not receive an online order. On the app on my phone I pushed the "cancel" option the next question that the app asks is if I'm sure I want to cancel and I hit "Yes". The lady then closed the drive thru window. I've tried three times to call the Taco Bell directly it just rings then goes to what sounds like a fax machine dial tone. I want to be refunded immediately. Read moreI ordered 3 cheese pizza combos and 3 burritos. For the combos i asked for fruit punch and she said they didn't have any. Then I said ok let me have a Pepsi and she said they didn't have any. I get to the window to pay... was not given a receipt with my change then was told to pull my car around front and they would bring the pizza to me. I get it.... pizza takes longer to run through the oven and they want to keep the line moving. Well 15 minutes later I'm extremely annoyed and my daughters go inside to get the pizza. The girl at the counter with the black eye kept staring they told me and they said the food was sitting right on the counter... clearly it had already been ready but staff was too lazy to bring it out to the car like they said they would. I get home and see they hadput 3 napkins in the bag..... really? I have 6 different meals and 3 napkins are all? Not to mention the pizza was deformed with cheese on only half the pie from how it wad thrown in the bag. Terrible service all the way around.
