Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

I came here with my boyfriend after having placed our mobile order on our way home from the store on 07/15/23 at 4:38 pm. We set the pickup method to drive thru and once we arrived the lady in the drive thru said that we needed to come inside to get the order in a rude tone. Once we continued on through the drive thru as there was no way out she then proceeded to say the order was not ready and pointed away out of the drive thru. Mind you at no point was our name of the order asked so there was no way she could have verified if that was indeed our order. We parked and waited about 3 minutes then she came out and pointed indoors. We were thinking the order was ready so my boyfriend went inside to pick it up. Once inside my boyfriend said that she finally asked him for the name on the order however, when he gave it to her she stated that they did not have an order by that name in the location. Another coworker behind her then said out loud “the order is right here”. This makes me think that she didnt want to give us the order for whatever reason, I did go inside myself as my boyfriend was coming out upon reading other reviews on here about this happening to other people. Once we got into the car to drive off she stayed at the door looking at us. The overall experience was unpleasant, and the soft tacos in particular were stuck to the paper which made it difficult to eat. I would not recommend anyone coming to this location if the staff is this rude and the food...

My Husband and I went to this Location recently and can I just say I could not believe what went on being the fact that the place was empty in the inside, which is why we chose to go inside there in the first place to eat. We walked in and the gentlemen behind the counter. I guess assumed we were homeless or something, and was given us attitude right off the bat. We just kinda laughed it off because we didn’t understand but then again we had to remember what area we were in. Then we were waiting for a food. I noticed the gentleman back there on his phone for like a good 4 minutes before the lady came out of the bathroom that also worked in there. She proceeded to ask me if I got my drink cups yet which was why I was standing there and I said no I have not, but she still didn’t give them to me either until the food was ready. After we ate, we called for our driver to come pick us up as we are waiting for the Lyft outside the lady working in the Taco Bell came running outside screaming at us, asking us and cursing what we were doing by her car so confused we both were like excuse me we were trying to flag down our driver to come over on this side because he was parked at Wendy’s, so confused by that situation, appalled by the customer service at this location you gotta get yourself together and not think everybody that comes in there is homeless or is going to do something ratchet. Js So much...

If you don't want to read all the yapping, this location is unbelievably slow and they put a comically tiny amount of stuff in your items like you're taking something from them for putting more than a teaspoon of meat in the tacos.

I don't know why I keep making the mistake of ordering here cause it's actually crazy how consistently bad this location is. They usually get the order right but the amount of times I've waited 20-25 mins for a pretty small/simple order is just not worth the hassle. NOT TO MENTION I MOBILE ORDER SO I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND HALF MY LUNCH BREAK IN THE DRIVE THRU.

It's sad cause I have a decent tolerance for Taco Bell, you get what you pay for and all, but every time I'm stuck in the drive through I look at all the other places nearby and I KNOW that I can run over to Wendy's or Canes, make an order, get it, and run back to my car at Taco Bell before my order is ready. That's how horribly slow this place is.

You'd think this location would try and compete a little harder considering you have the cool Cowboys Canes right next door and a bunch of other food places extremely close by, I encourage anyone to just go elsewhere and hopefully this location gets shut down and replaced with a Dutch Bros or something with decent speed...
