Man this is an awful restaurant. I get the set up because I have been to a bar/restaurant like this place. I'm all for places charging for chips and salsa but if it looks like it came from another table half eaten you guys are just doing things half way. Our waitress didn't even bring my drink and opted for bringing me a water instead so I left it alone. So my friend decided to ask for an unsweet tea because o wouldn't. She brought the tea and my friend gave it to me but when I tried it it was so sweet i spit it out. When we requested more chips and salsa she only brought us chips and when my friend pointed it out she just said I brought more chips so my friend said oh ok. Again willing to pay for chips and salsa no big deal but that's just sad when we only had half a basket of chips to start with so why not charge us for more. I asked for some guacamole for our chips and I figured we would get the size of like the salsa bowl but no a side 2oz little cup is what we got lol I was shocked when she came with our food and I asked where the guacamole for our chipa was she pointed at my friends plate. In the middle of my friends tacos there was sitting a 2oz cup of guac. Lol come on now I was like ummm ok fine our of frustration I left it alone. I just let my friend keep it with her plate. 3 people couldn't share a 2 oz cup of guac. It felt super awkward when the busboy came and cleaned up the table while we were still there and grabbed all of the cups. Not once did my friends get a refill and I never got a drink. She hardly came to the table. Eventually we wanted a drink like a beer or something. Took some time but eventually we spotted the waitress and flagged her down. I at least got a beer and that was the only good thing that happend. Women's bathrooms needs new locks by the way. One women decided to put her purse on the floor as a way to keep the door closed. The other lock isn't great people can peek in if they want to. By the end of it we paid she still didn't quiet listen to how we wanted to pay. I wasted to pay for myself and one of my friends. On labor day 2025 myself and my family were visiting ojos locos San Antonio Texas, 410 Bandera location. My wife and I sat at a table where there would be 3 of us sitting. Our waitress Abigail attended to our orders as we waited for our friend's that were driving from out of town to meet up. Abigail took our drink orders, once delivered, my wife and stepson ordered their food. I waited for my friends. Abigail never came around to check on us, i had to call upon someone else! I ordered my drink as I waited for my friends. After about 1 hour they finally showed up. They sat and waited for our waitress whom had no care in the world about attending to our table. Finally she returned and asked my friends what they would like to drink, after they placed their orders i kindly asked if she could take my order. With a bit of attitude she took my wings and friends order. She returned with the drinks and still no food! My friends ordered their food, although the mistakes kept piling up, frustration filled our table. Once again waving on someone else to help. When she brought the right order I still didn't get my order. Once we done we asked for our veterans discount, she brought our bill and I noticed she had given herself a 20% tip on a 3 person meal! My receipt showed 3 people, my friends had 3 people also. When she took our debit cards she returned then to us. We both looked at our bills and with dismay i noticed that she tipped herself 20% which was almost $13.00 as a well known Google guide i respect wait staff. She was not nowhere near 1% . She debited my card twice. Mine came out to $84.00, my friends $115.00 totalling 199.00 dollars drafted from my account. I spoke to the manager who couldn't speak English well at all. He gave me a piece of paper and told me to call Corporate in Planno Texas. Never helped me at all!!! Robert who i believe said he was coming to San Antonio and would get in touch.
