Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

Went to this location and the first time I went in ended having to wait for them to cook the cheesy chicken crispanada. That’s fine….. but when I finally got my food after waiting nearly over 15 minutes. I just assumed they would’ve got my order correct after waiting that long. The wait isn’t the issue. The issue is that more than half MY order was missing and I basically got someone else’s order that didn’t even equal what I paid. Even thought I was home already I went back. When I got back into the store I talked to the manager on duty and she for one wouldn’t even let me tell her the issue before she started going through the bag asking what’s the issue….she said she would remake everything*thankfully after her touching EVERYTHING…. Got my food after only waiting 7 minutes which was a surprise after previously waiting nearly over 15 minutes. I even asked her did she just refry the chicken crispanada. She said no it’s fresh… it wasn’t… because it wasn’t hot and it was hard as if she refried it. She lied directly to my face.

WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! I don’t appreciate...

Avoid this location at all cost.

My first order they were out of the drink that was placed with my order and some random drink of tea that was put in front of me that I did not order. I asked for something else than a random tea in place of what was actually ordered. Also on this particular visit there was the entertainment of the associates arguing with one another over whatever one persons process of doing things was. All I kept thinking was it was not that crucial and just do not mess up my order that was paid for at the time.

Second visit

Today they were out of supplies and did not bother to tell anyone until after orders were placed and paid for. For example I paid for 2 large drinks and the associate hands me 2 small cups not mediums but small. I was told it is only ¢0.10 of difference. I told the associate it is more than ¢0.10 of difference between a large and small.

The first time a mistake is made that is understandable but the second...

I used to love this place. Last time I came though, asked for a DLT with potatoes and no meat and I got a plain taco with cold potatoes and cheese. This time, I got 2 spicy potato tacos, 1 DLT with potatoes and a frito burrito with potato (vegetarian). The first 3 were cold as ice and the spicy taco had none of the spicy mayo sauce. Had to go get it fixed (was not given a receipt), manager fixes it and gives me lukewarm potatoes and no sauce again. Asked him again if he could put the sauce on it and he puts on spicy ranch. I really don't understand, spicy potato tacos are my standard order and I've never had them messed up. This one was my favorite because they used to use the KFC potato wedges for the potatoes.

Wasn't even offered a gift card or refund for the trouble. I work in restaurants and that's what you do, you comp wrong meals. Poor customer service and inattentive kitchen. Which sucks because this is a nice treat after...
