Tony's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Dallas

I love this place I work right around the corner from it and I go there for lunch on Mondays and Fridays they have the best garlic bread rolls that are hot and they leave butter on the table and when you put that butter on them hot rolls OMG it is so bomb! Not to mention the pizza that I always get it's a single slice of pizza they are huge slices perfect size crust not too thick not too thin the tomato sauce they use on it is wonderful it actually doesn't give me acid reflux issues as would Domino's for instance but during the week they have their buffet and you can get as one person alone for me I get two pieces of the meat lovers Pizza a glass of sweet tea and the complimentary garlic rolls three of them to be precise all for $7.04 and it's only during the week during lunch time you can get the single slice but I would buy the whole pizza even if I couldn't get the single slice! They are a true down to the heart Italian restaurant and have some of the best homemade Italian food! They're linguine Alfredo pasta is so good! I highly recommend this place if you like pizza and pastas lasagna or salads they are great! And while in the area why don't you stop by where I work at Happy tails dog facility. Where we are a facility that provides doggie daycare boarding and grooming all in one! Come drop your dog off for the day I'll take care of them make sure they play and have fun and are wore out so when they get home they just want to eat their dinner and lay down next to their owner and be ready for bed just like you are after A hard Day's work! I have been coming here for over 15 years. My family has always loved this restaurant, the food is ALWAYS delicious, the prices are INCREDIBLE, and the family that owns Tony's is one of the sweetest families.

Whenever I am eating in, or call for takeout, they remember me, my usual order, and always ask how our lives are going. The employees always seem to have a fun time working there, and have been there for awhile. I always take notice when restaurants have employees that are dedicated and stay, I think it means they provide a nice environment for employees to work at, and they don't want to leave.

The Rigatoni Vodka pasta is MY FAVORITE. I have never had a Vodka sauce that good at any other Italian Restaurant.

Their Pizza and Calzones are always phenomenal, and the rolls they give you my friends and I are always obsessed with! Whenever I have to get a bunch of food for a meeting or gathering, we usually go with Tony's and order a bunch of pasta or a few Pizza's.

The HOUSE DRESSING on their salads is the also one of best house dressing I have ever had.

If you walk in during busy times, you might have to wait but it always goes pretty quickly. They also have a back room that not everyone knows about that is great for if you have kids. It's more spread out, and there is just room for the kids to move around.

So this is the second time my father's friend, my father and I ate at Tonys Pizza. I do have to say the first time was way better than my second experience. We were greeted by a male waiter, pony tail & seemed fresh out of training. Although he was very nice, he was just busy considering no check backs, no refills laladada..... i guess? We ordered Caesar salads and jalapeno poppers as a appetizer. Our salads came and gone...but no poppers? Our dinner came late....still no poppers....then the waiter says poppers are almoat ready! My dad said just forget those! He still brought them and STILL MADE US pay for them! Will never order appetizers IF THERE IS A next time! lol So no check back, no refills....dads friend goes to the car bc hes tired of waiting....FINALLY we get our togo box and finally a refill to go....godly all we did was wait! Ridiclous! Whatever, im a waitress myself so i tried and tried to make exceptions but reasons were running out! Serving is a job that either u get it or u just dont....its not for everybody, sorry!
