White Rock Coffee - Preston Center — Restaurant in Dallas

I don't know if it's just this location but I have tried every single one of their signature drinks and all of them I regret buying. They taste as though they took some coffee and then watered it down with tap water and added some random syrup to it with milk. I've given it several tries and its always so disappointing.
