Okay……Look 👀 I had the pleasure of going to Susie’s Cake and let me start off with the impeccable customer service experience!!!!! I was greeted with an amazing smile, bubbly attitude, very engaged and enthusiastic baker/customer service cashier who told be ability what they have to offer in flavors. Then she told me about their very light, berry cake with fresh berries and she said it’s going to be good! So I opted for chocolate but was Blessed with a slice of the Berry Cake anddddddd babbyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy……. SHE WAS RIGHTTTTTTTT!!!!! It changed my whole life!!!!!! The light and fluffy cake layers, the light and fluffy icing, and then the fresh berries… mind you the berries inside were not compromised by the baking process they were fresh and still in tact!!!! They did not bleed through at all so you get that fresh berry experience!!!!!!! And that icing 👀👀❤️🔥 it was not over powering it was the perfect balance! l’m excited and will definitely be back! Thank youuuu so much for making my Birthday a memorably Absolutely Delicious 😋 one!!! You guys are simply amazing and Top notch!

Very last minute I needed a custom funfetti birthday cake made for my little sister's birthday .I went to the Luther Ln location hoping they might be able to help me. Meghan, was so courteous, professional, and patient with me I was unsure of what to expect at first and was admittedly nervous about the final product with the so many ideas, requests and pictures I gave to Meghan days before. She assured me everything would be fine, and in truly upstanding fashion, they delivered!!

The cake was sooooo beautiful from the outside to how pretty it was when she cut it. It exceeded my every expectation - taste, decoration, and candles EVERYTHING about it was perfect. My sister was not only surprised that I was able to have her cake made in time and that it was exactly what she wanted. Everyone was so blown away. Thank you for making her birthday a beautiful and memorable day!! . I highly recommend this bakery! I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and how delicious...

So disappointed in coming here. Spotted Susie Cakes on the way to a well known cupcake spot. I purchased the celebration cake and it was amazing. Came back last Thursday and can I tell you it was completely night and day. The celebration cake was clearly not baked that same day. It was horrible!! Like really horrible! We purchased also the chocolate cake which was moist but wasn’t the best cake. However that cake had been baked that day. We purchased also the strawberry and lemon cupcakes. They were hard and disgusting. Definitely not worth the price point.

In addition to that I looked in the room where they bake the cakes and I saw cupcakes just sitting on the bakers table. I didn’t think that was a good look. Especially now knowing the cupcakes were old.

Please be consistent. Experiences should not vary so drastically between visits. For what we spent not sure we will be back. We had just starting telling people about how good the desserts here were. Very...
