Maybe today just wasn’t the best day, but the service felt a bit off. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted—which isn’t a big deal, but a simple acknowledgment would’ve been nice. I took a moment to check out the menu, and when I stepped up to order, I was met with a rather blunt “What do you want?” instead of a more welcoming “Can I help you?”

I ordered a meal deal that comes with fries, and I was asked if I wanted fries. When I asked for clarification, I was told I could choose “either/or.” Looking at the menu, I saw that they also offer okra as a side, but the way the question was phrased left me a little confused. A friendlier approach would have gone a long way here.

After placing my order, I was told it would take about 15 minutes. Shortly after, I could hear the sound of dishes being washed before I actually heard food hitting the fryer. It seemed like cooking hadn’t started right away, but that could have just been the timing of things.

As for the food, I ordered lemon pepper HOT and Asian teriyaki wings, but I was served regular lemon pepper and teriyaki instead. That said, the flavor and sauce on these wings were solid, which helped make up for some of the experience. The grape drink I got was ice cold, flavorful, and refreshing.

The ambience is pretty standard for a small shop—simple red chairs, two-seater tables, and linoleum floors that could use a quick mop. The paint job looks DIY, which gives it a bit of a casual, homey feel.

Overall, the food was good, and I’d consider coming back if I knew the service would be a little more welcoming. Hopefully, this was...

To whom it might concern, I been going here for about three months. Let first say the food was great and I love the service (with the old stuff). But now the new stuff do not have the great service like the previous staff. Having to tell the staff several times the type of wings that I was wanting and still getting my order wrong. Ended up having to go back up there to get it fix, spoke with the staff and showing my receipt saying that it was supposed to be boneless when they gave me bone in, they confirmed that they gave me the wrong order, and five seconds later asking me again about the type of wings I was wanting. It was not busy when I was there the first or when I went back up there. Very disappointed with everything and possibly not returning back to this location. (Update when I asked for the a refund I was told that the manager would have to do it later, and it will take up to three Business days to receive it back. I’m for sure never coming back to this Location until the stuff...

As soon as I walked in the door I had second thoughts . Place was dirty , no one in the back counter finally employee came was on his phone and then 5 mins later proceeded with taking my order. Another customer came in and employee started talking on the phone as customer was ordering smh customer left without finishing order. I waited for over 20 mins for my order. Cook walked outside and started smoking you could hear the wings cooking and no one watching them . Let me tell you I have never been to any restaurant that has been this ghetto . I was gobsmacked. I almost asked for a refund on my food with all this going on but decided to give them the benefit of that doubt. Finally I got my food . I am going to be completely honest I was impressed with how hot and fresh the wings and fries were despite all the drama they had going on the food was pretty good . Flavor was on point . This would be a great establishment if they had better customer service and...

Ate thrice. Once reheated from the first two times combined and yeah they hittin. Just like anywhere I see reviews of people having overcooked food or not big enough wings or too much/not enough seasoning… Let me say I didn’t have any problems besides smelling like a grease trap when I walked out and it’s worth it. Lemon Pepper fries over the Cajun ones. Wings: Spicy Lemon Pepper (dry), Lemon Pepper Hot (wet), Garlic Parmesan (dry), Lemon Pepper (dry), Honey Chipotle (wet wet it’s so good that it’s CONSTANTLY SOLD OUT CALL AHEAD FOR THIS). Next up: Honey Gold, WW seasoning, Mango Habanero, Memphis BBQ, Ghost Pepper, Spicy Korean Q and Henny Wings.

I get wanting to take precautionary measures with credit cards and the fraudulent use of them but to take a picture of my driver's license with a ring camera no less is unsettling!! I'm thinking the cashier was just going to look at the names on my card and license to make sure they match but before I even knew what was happening the image was taken with a ring device! Not acceptable and will not be returning.. EVEN IF USING CASH.. are you freaking kidding me!! THIS IS NOT OK!! Definitely bringing this up in Council meeting.. And THIS is what's being served to make matters worse!
