9.24.25 Finally, not only do they have sauce, but they actually gave me what i asked for (i use many sauces...#fire #diablo) .
4.7.25 No sauce for 2nd time in 2 weeks. Last time i hit a couple of coupons for the trouble, fine, nbd, and ty. Go last night and was told the same thing but no coupons...😡 So i ask the window clerk if i could instead have some jalapeno sauce in a lil cup since they had zero sauce, not even mild. He said sure and i was fine bc that sauce is hella good. then he comes back and said that LEXI -THE MANAGER ON DUTY AT THE TIME, said that he would have to charge me for that {honestly i think it is $0.10, at least it is to add to a taco on the app). I reminded the gentleman that he said that they were out of sauce of any sort and that seems like a reasonable compromise, and it would not even need to be offered or suggested to everyone so they're not going to run out of that sauce but, if somebody makes the suggestion, it seems like a fairly reasonable one. He apologized and reiterated that it was LEXI -THE MANAGER ON DUTY AT THE TIME who said that if I wanted the sauce that I needed to be charged for it. That was really disappointing because the issue had been resolved, but now, not.
This is the second time they have not had any sauce in the last month?! That seems pretty straight forward as far as prepping goes... Not cool taco bell... Need that fire sauce!

12/4/17 Another visit without sauces... But also out of many beverages and sour cream... Seriously taco bell, there is no reason for this... One more chance...

However, upon inspecting my meal, I noticed that it did not match the description on the menu. I politely pointed out the discrepancy to the staff member, who insisted that the order was correct. In fact, I had ordered a 3 cheese chicken Flatbread melt, but she had prepared a burrito instead. She proceeded to open the fajita and show me the contents, displaying a lack of etiquette and rudeness. I returned the food to her, expecting that I would not be charged due to the error. She has bad customer service and doesn't know how to handle a simple issue but shows no ability to better herself towards her...
Read moreThis taco bell location always fails on the right order at the window, you can ask for no rice or less beans or any combination there of , even extra sour cream, no sour cream, they always, make it the normal way , the only one that seems to speak English is the one at the window , but the line workers either dont Care or cant read . This has happened every time I have gone there. They also say the owners dont spend money fixing the appliances, so often times they dint have certain products. Mind you they will charge you for any extra condiments like sauce or sour cream and cheese, but what u dont want in ur stuff they still add....
