Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dallas

If there was a lower rate I can give other than the one that would be it a .1. This is my third time eating at this location. The first time it was perfect the second time we were told that the special that was being offered the week before which was the two medium pizzas for 599 apiece which we got the first time we was told that it was online only when we looked online we saw there was no such deal at online only. We let that slide this third and last time, We went to order our food and every table at this location was dirty had food on it. We told the manager and asked could he clean off one of the tables so we can sit out to eat and was told we have 30 pizzas to make everybody is busy right now so I asked why don’t you go clean one of the tables so we can sit down and eat. At 8:12 I put in an order for one large thin crust half pepperoni and sausage and half sausage hamburger. 8:32pm I got up and got our drinks. 8:52pm I was told it would be 10 min. 9:05pm after watching 5 to go orders that were put in after mine, I asked to speak to the manager. He never came out. 9:15pm I was told the order was messed up and they would remake it. While we sat and waited, I noticed one one wore gloves to prepare the food. Customer service is bad, and when you order carry out late at night the cashier claims that they don't have change for a $100 dollar bill for a order of $45 and we were supposed to get $55 back. So instead we left and the "manager" told us "you guys can't leave because you still need to pay for your order". and my dad asked the manager if they had change and she claimed that they didn't have any and I said that's only for delivery people because they carry less than $20 and we were at the restaurant itself and they HAVE to carry more than $20 for big orders and for those who pay with a $100 bill. If you only have a $100 bill and want pizza go to dominos or pizza patron, they are cheap and carry more than $20 late at night in carry out restaurants and some don't rip you off. And also we were ripped off at this Pizza Hut location because we wanted to dine in at 9 but they close at 11pm and we weren't given service for 30 minutes until one of the clerks came to our table and claimed that they closed at 9pm when they closed at 11pm, and we left. Don't come here until the issues at this location get addressed and they hire a better manager. I'll update this review until the issues...

We order an order for delivery. It go to my house and I didn’t get everything i ordered. I ordered the family box didn’t receive my bread sticks didn’t receive my wings and I was missing a pizza. I paid $76.00. I called them telling them delivery driver gave me wrong order. The man asked for my name and I guess he didn’t know what I was talking about or he was playing dumb. So I just told him I would drive up there. I want a refund for this order. Me coming back and then having to wait for them to figure out how to give me the things that where missing. And the other 2 pizzas getting cold. I’m in the restaurant business and this interaction was so rude and terrible customer service sucks at this location. The guy in the front was ignoring us after a while told me they didn’t have bread sticks. Then they couldn’t give me the pizza right. Then they were out of Italian sausage. They put something else on it. Didn’t get a call that they were out of something. This experience was terrible. I love Pizza Hut but this location just was terrible. It took so long to get the...
