Pizza was cooked to a fair degree of doneness, and service was adequate and expedient, but incompetency does exist ever so slightly at this Domino's location on the first of December in the year of 2022. Why do I make such a claim? Let me elaborate. Upon returning home with my pizza, it was discovered that the toppings on the two medium one topping pizzas we had ordered were correct. I was pleased to see that one pizza had cheese and ham and the other had cheese and pineapple. However, my order contained one pizza with extra sauce and one pizza with little sauce, and after careful examination, it was determined that the extra sauce pizza was topped with the little sauce pizza's toppings and vice versa. Although we were able to scrape off the topping and transfer them to the appropriate pizzas, I feel the smallest sense of dissatisfaction and wished to share it on here. The experience was satisfactory otherwise, so please don't hesitate to consume Domino's pizza, as this is meant to be a coachable moment for those employed at this specific location who were responsible for the crafting of pizzas between 1300 and 1400 hours on December 1st, 2022. As semi-reguoar customers, my girlfriend and I will return, and hopefully our next experience will warrant my revocation of this unfortunate review. I had a really horrible experience at the Tunnel Hill store last night and this morning (a manager chased me out of the store taking pictures). The TH store had messed up our pizzas horribly, and instead of fixing, it the manager had a temper tantrum. She eventually agreed to replace the pizzas, but the pizzas never came. I went to this store to get some information and maybe contact info for the district manager, and they went above and beyond helping me down a path to get in contact with somebody and offered to make the pizzas that the other store messed up for free. I'm still really upset by the interaction at the Tunnel Hill store, but the interaction at this store has made me feel better about the whole situation. Thank you to all the employees and the management at this Domino's location! You guys are amazing!

We ordered online, i paid online already, i called to add a coke to the order...sent my kids in to purchase the coke and as they walked out they had chased my kids out screaming that they didn't pay for the order when it was already paid online. I'm furious at this point. Very unprofessional there. Also when you call to speak to a manager "which name was melody ", she informs me she has no boss above her so it will do no good to complain. The food was cold, tasted weird, not properly handled to meet food safety standards, it was just awful. This isn't the first time i have had an issue there.
