Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dalton

It is 01/05/25 at 1:34pm and the girl who took my order had good customer service however the guy who fixed my 2 medium hot coffees 1 was 3 cream and 3 sugars the 2nd one was the exact same except for it should have had just 1 extra shot of sugar. The girl who took my order made the large iced coffee and I said I needed a drink carrier which she obliged and sat the iced coffee into the drink carrier and walked away then the young guy sat 1 medium with the 3 and 3 and then sat a large hot coffee which it stated on the receipt medium not that I have an issue with receiving a larger coffee for cheaper but the whole reason why I asked for a medium is bc I know exactly how many cream and sugars that makes the coffee the way I like it. So I asked another young girl who seemed like she was bothered when I simply said this is suppose to be a medium and she took it and literally didn't make me a new medium coffee with the amount I requested she just poured it into a medium size cup and then I said nope I need more creamer in this and then she took it and I guess put more creamer and sat it down onto the counter without the lid on it steaming hot now I had to put the lid on myself and then I asked for sugar packets bc they were out in the dinning room and the girl hands me just 3 packets when I had 1 large iced coffee and 2 medium hot coffees and so I said oh imma need alot more and she hands me just 5 more. I mean I understand these employees on the weekends are school kids but u guys need to either train them better and or just hire folks who actually want to work and do their job correctly and also to have good customer service I will not be back on any Sundays ever again very...

On a recent trip back home, I stopped at this Dunkin as I had done in the past on these trips. Wish I hadn't. When I walked in, the employees were standing around behind the counter in a group talking. I went to the restroom, no toilet paper. (Glad I happen to have my travel kit for "just in case" situations) I was in there less than a minute when there's a knock on the door. Thinking it was another customer, I let them know the room was occupied. When I walked out, it was one of the employees who had watched me walk in to the restroom, holding the toilet paper. The store had been open for at least an hour or more, but getting the store ready for customers wasn't as important as the aforementioned conversation was about their friends. So, I ordered my coffee and a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and got back on the road. Unfortunately, I had to stop elsewhere to get an edible breakfast. The bagel was barely toasted, might be able to say it was 'warm' and definitely stale, the kind of stale you can't take a bite because it's so stale. Upon closer inspection I could see the cream cheese had these little black spots throughout it that looked like poppy seeds, at least I hope they were poppy seeds, which in turned caused me wonder how that much poppy seed got there in the 1st place... 🤔 Well, at least I had my coffee! Nope. It was bitter and old tasting, the it's been sitting around for at least 3 days kind of taste. By this time, the fact I was back on the interstate was the only thing keeping me from bringing everything back for a refund. You can go into this store have for employees there one or two cars in the drive thru and no customers on the inside and you will stand there for 3 to 5 minutes, before they acknowledge you or wait on you. Now I know this seems harsh so I've gone in three separate times at different hours of the day just to see if by chance they were having a bad day. Observationshows that this must be the standing operating procedure either for this location or I'll Dunkin donuts this last time I walked out got in my car drove across the street to food City not only were they nice over there but maybe the donuts that I requested I tried to give him a check for their kindness and four taking care of my needs however they declined said it was against company policy. So kudos to food City and also there's another donut shop on Chatsworth highway it will also give you good service I have to say that I will not be back finish Dunkin donuts. I only hope that other customers have a better experience but I did give it three different tries one you can write off maybe even two but three times there is no excuse.
