Hardee's — Restaurant in Dalton

I have been to some good Hardee's, but sadly this is not one of them. Oh, where do I begin, my husband wanted 2 nashville hot biscuits and asked for a folded egg on each, upcharged 1.70 for each biscuit to add a small folded egg. Asked for a large unsweet tea, given a small cup. Which was changed out upon request. Iced tea not on counter so had to ask for each refill. I got a gravy biscuit combo, gravy mildly warm and barely covering biscuit. Don't even try the blueberry biscuit it was hard as a rock with some tasteless sugary substance, just awful, $1.99. Then the cofee, every time I come here the coffee urn is empty. They have a totally filled one just behind the counter and one at drive thru, but think it's great to ask people to ask for each refill. " Please sir, may I have another". No sugar or ketchup packets out, when I asked, the girl said how many do you need. 2 buckets of artificial sweeter just out on the service area but sugar and ketchup get ready to beg for it. In my opinion the food is very satisfactory, it taste really good. The type of menu it has is typical for a fast food hamburger establishment nothing too special. The dessert items are very limited in this establishment compared to other fast food eateries. The breakfast is also good but sadly as I write this review the monster biscuit has been gone for a while, they took it off the menu and it was the biggest biscuit they had who knows why. The cleanliness of this place ain't that great to be honest and customer service is questionable here and there. It does get really busy around certain times, the time that i found to have less people is in the afternoon like around 6:30 everyother time i assume is packed because it is beside a really busy road and is popular among workers when its time for their break or want some breakfast before work. I was in the drive through at 1:55pm with a vehicle in front of me. Employee stated they put their last order in for the day; I stated that I was the last car in the drive through and the female Employee stated "go ahead with your order", I said "thank you" she replied "you don't have to be rude". I placed my order and was told to drive around to the window. I explained to the cashier I wasn't being rude,was being thankful. Employee replied "well we close at 2" the time was 1:57pm at that time. I completely understand being understaffed but from my prior food service experience we didn't stop taking order until it was time to close and no one was left in line without giving any lip to the customer(s).
