Meh! All of the these 5-star reviews must have been written by employees. This is far from anything 5-star. The food was decent, but the portions were small, the service was slow, and the prices were high. By far worst chips and salsa in town and they cost extra. Beyond that, for an eat in restaurant, the experience was pretty bad. They give you a huge silver tray with no liner. The chips are in a bag and the burrito was wrapped in foil. There's no place to put your food except on the table or on the tray. I didn't feel either was sanitary. If that wasn't gross enough, I had to physically touch the garbage can and pull it out to get rid of my trash. Who wants to touch a garbage can in a restaurant? I had high hopes for this place as Dalton lacks anything except a local place my wife doesn't like because it smells like a moldy old building. Maybe after this place fails, the local place will...

During rush hour lunch today, I stopped to pick up lunch for a couple coworkers and myself. The customer service (by the owner herself) was awful. She rushed me out because I had to pay for all 3 orders separate (which I had told them when I first started to order), I was charged incorrectly for my orders, my food was just thrown in the bag sideways, and even though I had multiple drinks she never even offered me a drink carrier but rather told me to “get my drinks.” I could tell she was frustrated with me for having the separate payment methods and advised me if I needed anything else, “it’ll have to be rung up separately” even though I gave her the orders correctly. Their food is delicious, but her customer service is lacking. Her employees are amazing, they work super hard to get the orders out fast...
