Subway — Restaurant in Dalton

We went just a minutes ago.. My husband got a Stake and Cheese foot long. The giy that was dping our orxer did not even welcome us there. And when we was ordering he did not ask if we wanted oue Subs toasted and i just noticed he had my husbands Sub getting ready to toast it and I told him we did not want them toasted and he acted like he got mad because I told him not to toasted.. Then when he started to do mine he ask what kind of cheese.. I got it wrong and then I told him American Cheese and I told him I was sorry and he didnt say anything..He acted like uhedidnt even want to be there.. I dont know how many time i told him I was sorry and he never once said any thing.. My husband got up there to pay the bill and he did not suggest anything.. So when my husband payed he did not say THANK YOU or anything.. I understand people have bad days but he should have SAID WELCOME to Subway and he should have said THANK YOU after we paid..He needs to keep personal stuff out of the work place..I mean he did not...

I understand when ppl are rude to someone bc they’re rude first but there is absolutely no reason I should walk in anywhere really and they look at me like i’ve just ruined their lives . Didn’t even greet my friend and I with a hello or anything. We had asked a question pertaining to how the coupons work on the app and the older lady in there couldn’t even smile or anything , super rude, just like we were interrupting her day or something. The other young girl wasn’t the nicest either but at least she made more effort to communicate with us. Food was alright considering it’s just subway, but the service there definitely needs improving. Doesn’t seem as though they get a lot of business anyways and if that’s how they treat everyone that walks in the doors, I can see why. The little ceasers beside them has better customer...

I was very disappointed in the service tonight when my family and I had dinner at this location. One of the employees was very rude while asking what was wanted on sandwich. Then, I got a meal to include a drink. At 7 pm , I was told there was no more tea nor would there be. The tea supposedly expired and none would be made. We were told that is what they do and don't know why it is that way. It was 3 hours before closing , so my thoughts are that better planning should happen so at possibly 3 or 4 pm, make fresh tea to get through the evening. The employee was not helpful when ask about the meal I purchased but yet would not be getting a drink because I dont drink sodas. This will be my last time at...
