I hate coming here, the only time I ever come here is as soon as they open. The customer service is horrendous! I've worked in customer service for 5+ years and never would I ever say or act the way some of the employees do. Last summer me and my 6yo nephew came here for the first time to get some refreshers. We waited about 20 minutes and they didn't put the lid to his drink on all the way so as soon as I picked it up, it fell and spilt everywhere. No one did anything except sit there and watched as I ran and grabbed napkins to soak up the liquid from running all over the place. Not once did anyone offer to clean it, as if it's not their job that they get paid to do. They started giggling like me struggling was funny. They didn't offer to make my nephew a new drink or anything to be comforting or accommodating.
I used to work at McDonald's and that never would have slid. I would have been so embarrassed if a paying customer had to clean up a mess that was caused by me in the beginning. Before they could've even reached for a napkin I'd already have a wet wash cloth ready to go. It's a lot easier to clean when you have the correct supplies too
Another terrible experience happened just last week, it was crazy hot out and I'm now expecting, I was super thirsty and just wanted a ice water and they said no. I couldn't have an ice water. I'm pregnant and sweaty and some boy over the speaker told me I needed to make a purchase if I wanted some god damn cold tap water. He said I could by a cake pop... I went to McDonald's and they gave me a large ice water for 40cents and when I got to the first window they said don't worry about it and that they had taken care of it. I didn't need to pay and I got a ice water, a large ice water:) p.s I didn't work at this McDonald's I'm from Michigan and I worked at the one in hartland lol.
Really they just need new staff completely they are rude and obviously don't understand what customer service is. Either retrain all of them or fire all of them. The team members should also learn how to smile, I get a feeling of coldness and annoyance like me being there is just a burden. I know this might sound crazy but if fast food paid better and I wouldn't have to work with lazy annoying children I'd love to work in it again but alas I make bookoo bucks working...

My sister and I visited this Starbucks location this morning and had one of the most upsetting experiences we've ever had at any coffee shop. We ordered our drinks and while we were waiting for them, my sister’s one-year-old baby started crying — as babies sometimes do. Completely unexpectedly, a staff member came over to deliver our drinks and then told us we needed to leave the premises because the baby was crying.
Yes, you read that right — we were asked to leave after buying drinks simply because a baby was crying.
My sister asked for a corporate number to report what had just happened, and they told us they didn’t have one — which is obviously not true. Instead, they said we could only speak with the store manager, who appeared to be the same person kicking us out. We told them this was absolutely unacceptable and that we’d be reporting the situation ourselves.
I’ve never heard of any Starbucks or public place removing paying customers because a baby was crying. What do they expect — that a one-year-old will stay silent the entire time? And what about families with babies who have autism or special needs? Are they going to be kicked out too?
This was discriminatory, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. We were not disruptive. We were simply customers — customers with a baby.
I will never return to this Starbucks, and I want others to be aware of how they treated us. Starbucks needs to seriously evaluate the behavior of the staff at this location and the message it sends to families, parents, and anyone...
Read moreOur family stopped here on a road trip to get coffee and use the restroom. When we arrived the bathroom was already locked with a sign that said “for paying customers only”. That’s fine in and of itself, however, my son has been sick all day and because he couldn’t get into the bathroom, he ended up throwing up all over the floor. I notified the employees, and asked if we could be let into the bathroom , then proceeded to wait with my son. One of the employees stood near by and seemingly overwhelmed by the event, stood there engaging with a friend who consoled her on the situation, while my son and I were waiting for help. I approached her to ask if we could please get in the bathroom since no one else came to let us in and she told me the code to get in. After cleaning him up for about 5 minutes or so, we came out of the bathroom and there was still throw up on the floor. I had to ask if someone could clean up so we could get out of the bathroom without getting throw up on our shoes. I didn’t receive any resistance or attitude which I appreciated, but I did comment on the lack of care and attention they showed us. It was unprofessional, and left us unimpressed on...
