Placed an online order and was missing one of the items. I was still parked at the stall so I pressed the button for help. The employee on the intercom proceeded to tell me that the stall I was currently parked at was not in service and that I needed to find another one. The employee then proceeded to cut the communication without allowing me to inform her of the situation. I then moved to a different stall pressed the red button and waited for approximately 7 minutes before the same employee on the intercom began to speak. I informed her that I was parked at stall 13 which she had claimed to be out of service and that in that same stall I had received an online order to which she interrupted me and asked for my name and proceeded to tell me it would be right out she then cut the communication once again. The problem with that was she did not allowed me to tell her what item I was missing and had not understood what the situation was. It’s not until I was able to catch the attention of a carhop employee that the issue was properly addressed and resolved within 5 minutes but not after waiting 20 minutes from the initial time. My wife ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger and got a single with a comically disgusting amount of mayonnaise on it and one sliver of tomato. She also ordered a chili cheese tot and never got it. If that wasn’t enough ,To add icing on top of the cake, she called the location to complain, and whoever answered that phone Call more or less told her that they don’t know what she expects them to do about it (as if the food Wasn’t ordered from this restaurant) and that she needs to call DoorDash support for a refund. Double smasher combo ordered through the app. The burger is in the bag, not how I ordered it, with leftover puddles of sauce that I specifically asked to not be on the burger. The burger was so greasy that it soaked through the cardboard box it was in. The fries were disgusting and burnt. When I call the store, a guy who identified as the manager said that the guy who changes out their fry oil hasn't been there and they can't change it themselves. He said he can't give a refund because it was purchased through the app, but offered to do a remake (in the same nasty oil that he just admitted hasn't been changed.)
