Bojangles — Restaurant in Dalton

**RANT Sitting in Bojangles on Cleveland hwy and there was a man, (yes he was poor) he bought a coffee and he was sitting there and he fell asleep.. not bothering a soul Let me remind you it’s 42degrees outside not to bad cold but I bet if you stayed outside you’d be cold. But anywho The manger or some guy that worked there went over to the man and said, “ it’s time to leave “ (note it’s only 6:00 btw.) And the man woke up and grabbed his coffee and was drinking it the manager went back behind the counter and called the law. Few mins later cops showed up and came in woke the man up and told him to go outside to talk. The cop said he was trespassing.. This to me is pathetic! and I bet you $100 that if someone like me or anyone with nice clothes on came in bought something and sat down they wouldn’t have said NOTHING to you. The poor man was doing nothing wrong he even bought something from there I don’t see why they did that... and lastly after the cop took the man outside the whole bojangles employs laughed and the manager said “that’s what we always do on them”...... very rude world we live in... And it’s almost Christmas time... how can people...

After placing my order I drove to the window and asked to speak to the mngr. I told her every time i take food home from there something is wrong, so Could she personally check my order. She said she would and reviewed my receipt to make sure the order was correct. It wasn’t! She corrected it and asked me to pull forward to wait while they cooked grilled chicken for 2 salads. They came out and refunded my money because they were completely out of grilled chicken but still gave me my order. I substituted rotisserie bites for grilled chicken. When they brought out the food I asked again if they checked the order. She replied yes even that the forks were in the bag... when I got home my husbands meal was incorrect! This was the order she corrected from the receipt! There was hardly any rotisserie chicken on the salad, the chicken in my meal was so over done that it was dark brown under the crust and last but not least and it’s comical because she specifically mentioned the forks...... we had 4 meals and two sets of forks! I just think if someone asked for you to check there order because it’s always wrong you would at least get that one...

The food was good, biscuit was as expected and as asked for. But, the service was kind of rude. I always order the number two, i always ask for my bacon to be crispy. (If you dont, itll be chewy and only half cooked) when i go to the first window the woman had to let me know that it might not be that done this early in the morning, at five minutes til 7, at a breakfast place. But, okay. Then i got to the second window and asked for ketchup and the woman gave my two packets, i asked for a couple more, she then made the comment that, "thats a lot of ketchup." I dont need your input, thanks. Just give me my food and do your job. I frequent other bojangles regularly in calhoun and lafayette and i place the same order every time and all i ever get back is "thank you, have a nice day." Thats why they stay covered up and i was the only person in your line. Be...
