Subway — Restaurant in Dalton

I'm never going to this location ever again. At this point it's actually better for me to go out of my way and drive a mile more to the other shop in downtown because at least there my sandwich will actually come out the way I asked for it. I never leave reviews but I genuinely had the worst experience. The guy who was taking our order in the drive through kept rushing us as we were ordering our food. Mind you we really didn't take long at all to ask for what we wanted as we order the same thing everytime go to any subway. Then He rudely wanted us to head to the window but we actually told him we weren't done ordering yet, because we weren't then suddenly his coworker switched with him and finished taking our order and rang us up and we went on our way. Let me tell you once we finally sat down to eat, none of the sandwiches were toasted and with one particular it looked like they gave up entirely because there was no lettuce and literally I kid you not 3 strings of mozzarella cheese. We had asked for american. To paint a better picture it was untoasted bread, 4 meatballs with hardly any marinara sauce, no lettuce just tomato, and 3 tiny strings of cheese that was it. If I would have given a review for two days ago, I would have gave 4 stars. I even tipped the guy who made my sandwiches…. But let’s talk about yesterday with a different guy . I was so disgusted so many times, I was very patient and always kind but I just couldn’t take no more of that nonsense and I walked out.He started my sandwiches and he kept leaving . I asked for extra meat but what he considered the extra $2.00 scoop was already the two scoops that was the normal serving. He kept leaving and was changing his other containers while he was making my sandwiches. I didn’t have no meatballs , etc on my order so why was he changing these and cleaning these out while he was making my food? Went last night and got 2 subs and 4 chicken and cheese side kicks. The girl serving us was new and it took forever to get them made then when we got home nothing was toasted or even warm when everything was supposed to be toasted. I got the meat ball sub and it's kinda gross when it's not heated. I am not blaming the girl who served us bc she was new but I do blame the 2 young men who were also working there bc they did not even try to help her. She was obviously new bc she had to keep looking at the sign to know what to put on the subs that we ordered. I really felt bad for her. She stayed calm even though she should have been over whelmed and I think she'll do great with the proper training. She should have had someone who knew what they were doing helping her to make sure she got everything right and to answer any questions...
