Wendy's — Restaurant in Dalton

I'm from Florida so I was staying at hotel 6 just a walk away. Online it says open till 1200am so I walked over .. The door was unlocked walked in and wanted to order. I was ignored no said anything for a few minutes. And the girl finally walks up looks at me doesn't say anything looks at the well I suspect the manager who never acknowledged me at all not even a glance just looked past me and turned around.im standing there waiting.. nothing. They all walked around ignoring me I asked what time do you close they said 10 pm . online it say 12am. No one answered me and walked around like I wasn't there.i finally said can I order something. And a guy from the back said if you want to walk outside and walk through the drive through we can!..ummm...I have to go outside and walk through the drive through to order? And they all ignored me. I stood there for a minute and I was like are you kidding me. Now if it said online inside closes at this time or in the door at a certain time I wouldn't had gone over.but it doesn't say none of that . They all look at each other but not me and laugh and said who forgot to lock the doors .wow just wow.. at least they could of taken this one order. On the drive through register and I could of been on my way and Wendy's could of had another sale. But I walked out . In Florida they have on the door hours of inside and hours of drive thru. They did not and the door was unlocked so I thought I could and also I line it doesn't say. Disappointment all...

Went to this Wendy's a couple of days before thanksgiving and orderd a large number 2 plain a jr. cheese burger plain and 2 spicy nuggets. When we got home to eat the number 2 had old meat, and it wasnt plain. The jr.cheese was a chicken sandwitch and and nuggets were regular. I called and talked to a man who told me he would replace my order. He wrote my name down and told me to come back anytime to pick up. I just got home tonight after going to get it replaced. Aparently he wrote it down wrong and they wouldn't replace anything but the jr cheese. The manager lady was rude, disrespectful and told me i I was dumb. She was also hateful. So i asked to speak woth the person above her because she refused to do her job and look up my order on her computer. When i talked to the other manager he told me to call in the morning and speak with someone else . Im telling you don't waste your time. going here. Everytime we have went the food was old and always wrong, the costumer service is horrile and no one knows how to do thier jobs. Its really not hard to read a screen and make a burger. Wendys should do a better job of hiring people with an education and common sence instead of high school drop outs...

Every time I go to this Restraunt I encounter rude employees who don't want to do there job and don't care. Their has never been a particular time that I've had good service. But today they messed up my order, so I called and the person answering the phone said they messed up my order because the maintenance man was working with the food today and would replace my order with the right item and told me to park on the drive thru side of the building. So we did, and we waited for approximately 30 minutes. No one came out or even acknowledged us. So we jumped back in the long drive thru line. Waited another 20 minutes or so just to get through the line and they still messed up our order with no apology or anything. Needless to say, I wont be coming back this time. They simply dont care and would rather goof off than take any customer seriously. I'm honestly surprised this Wendy's location hasn't...
