Happy Donuts — Restaurant in Daly City

3 weeks ago, I just started buying bagels and donuts for my everyday breakfast from Happy Donut store in Daly City. I love their fresh bagel with cream cheese. That is why I gave 2 stars. Today was the third time I saw them they are not paying attention hygiene rules. The man serving several people with same dirty gloves and his mask sometimes under his nose. He gets the money from customers, put the donut in the bag for other customer and spread cheese to the bagels with the same gloves for another customer. When I enter the store, many times I find the lady talking to phone and serving the customer at the same time which is rude. Those are what I saw in three weeks. Great croissant sandwich! I'm not sure what people expect from places like this and what kind of service they expect. I'm a friendly person and everyone seems really friendly to me for the most part. I dont expect 5 star service like if you would stay at the Wynn in Vegas. I expect to order my food and get it in a timely manner and person serving me doesnt ignore me or talk on the phone while serving me and then get my order wrong. I appreciate all the really hard working small business owners who sometimes work 7 days a week to serve us and rarely take a vacation. Horrible attitude not considered with the clients wasn’t understanding towards me due to the reason I ordered a number wrong yes it’s my fault but I told they I wanted the one I wanted and they wanted me to pay but in a rude way plus all the food they make regarding about sandwiches they make with full grease hanging from the b paper that it’s wrapped, one time the sandwich was full of grease and made my sister throw up and never brought from them before.
