2025 update. Ordering through the app for pick-up is sort of weird. They won't start your order until you talk to the cashier. That's a waste of time. My wait today was about 10 minutes. There is a BOGO deal on their 6 piece bone-in wings $8. In order for the wings to stay crispy, the sauce needs to be on the side. I made that mistake a few times and the wings were soggy. Their sauce is thick and messes up the crispiness of the fried chicken. The Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich $6 had a weird sour taste to it. It wasn't spicy at all. It is an orange sauce they put on the chicken sandwich. This was only so-so. Their original spicy chicken sandwich is much better. Final nit. They didn't give me napkins. Eating fried chicken will always require napkins. What were the workers thinking? At least they got my order right.

Ordered online. Only drive-thru open. Took maybe 15ish minutes of waiting till it was my turn to pick up the food. Get to the window only to be told to wait in the parking lot for 9 minutes and GET BACK IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE. I was baffled. The line was out the parking lot by that time.
I was also offered the option to just walk back up there to the drive thru pickup window, which seemed rather dangerous at night. This was rather frustrating. Won't be coming to this locatoon again. I am writing this from the nearby 7/11 parking lot cause the popeyes parking lot is full of cars waiting for the drive thru.
Know that if you are here for drive thru, itll take at least 30 minutes to get your food even if you do mobile ordering. Understaffed is one thing, but having me wait in the drive-thru lane for 15 min only to tell me to come back in 8 minutes is blasphemous. No apologies or anything. Would never...

I was there a couple days ago. I had the pleasure of being helped Derrick was working the drive through line. His level of customer service reminds me of how things used to be. He was polite, kind, and cordial. Very nice!! Stop by this location and get the best customer service. He is not the only employee that has been kind. It seems like they know how to pick 'em.
