Drove by this place on the way to laguna and it just looked so good we had to try. It was a little busy inside, but no line. It made me notice that there was only 1 girl taking orders and making the ice cream and the place was quite small, so a rush there has got to be bad. Then I saw it.... taro ice cream. I LOVE taro, and to see it in an ice cream is pretty rare so I was beyond hyped. Prices were definitely steep, but given the location it makes sense. I got a taro milkshake, and it came out to 9 dollars. My wife got a double chocolate with chocolate syrup, all toppings cost extra so hers was about 8 dollars.

The service was good, nothing to write home about. And it's ice cream so it came out pretty quick. My taro milkshake was very good, the taro flavor was all there and it wasn't overbearingly sweet. My wife on the other hand, who is obsessed with chocolate, didn't really like her ice ream. She said it was way too rich in flavor. I took a bite and yeah, very rich. Something I wouldn't be able to finish. Worker also gave her barely any chocolate syrup, which I don't think she actually charged me for which is nice but if she did, that would be a waste cause there was only like a small drizzle.

As soon as we got our ice cream, there was an entire kids baseball team, at least 20 people, with a line out the door and only 1 person to serve them AND make the ice cream. And they offer samples so you already know it's gonna take forever because everyone is gonna be trying flavors and being indecisive. I'm sure there was maybe someone in the back who was doing other things, but if there is not.. that is awful staffing and the business should be more considerate of...

Orange County Creamery is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owner is incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, taking the time to share insights about their handcrafted ice cream and the high-quality ingredients that go into every scoop.

And the ice cream? Out. Of. This. World. Every flavor is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—whether you’re indulging in a classic favorite or trying one of their unique, handcrafted creations. They also offer fantastic non-dairy and plant-based options, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Beyond the amazing flavors, it’s the personal touch and passion behind this creamery that make it truly special. You can tell that every batch is made with care, and the customer service is just as sweet as the ice cream itself. If you’re in the area, this is an absolute must-visit. Five stars...

First off I would like to say I really do enjoy the ice cream here my favorite is chocolate coffee. They have very nice portions good flavors and great prices. Unfortunately the second time I came in I was shocked on the appearance of Sienna's dress code. She had Lululemon athletic shorts on and her butt cheeks were hanging out. This is supposed to be a friendly family environment. No child or person should be exposed to that at an Ice cream shop. She had great customer service, don't get me wrong. Also we came in at night and there was only one...

Really love this ice cream shop! They have a vegan chocolate chip peanut butter flavor that is so creamy, you can’t even tell it’s made with almond milk. It definitely hits the spot when I’m craving ice cream. It is located in a small shopping strip along Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point. There is a small parking lot to the side as well as more parking above the shopping center. It’s a great place to walk and less than 10 minutes from Dana Point Harbor. They are also open late, which is a plus!
