Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Danbury

Only took over 2.5 hours to deliver two cold pizzas. They hung up on me for over an hour while I tried to call and cancel so I could order Uber eats and actually enjoy dinner. For a simulated experience, just defecate in your own hands, wait over two hours, so it's nice and cold, then serve! Updating to say STILL TERRIBLE. The manager blamed ME, claiming I was told it would be hours when I called, despite being an online order with a 30 minute meter. I was not offered a refund. I contacted corporate who told me because it's a franchisee (even though they are by virtue of being one they are inherently representative of the company). After I explained this I was offered a paltry coupon. I don't recommend this Dominos or any. How they manage to stay in business is a mystery as this location specifically is a singularity of incompetence. I wouldn't be surprised if employees actively soil themselves...

I would think twice about ordering from this location specifically. I got notified there was $4 added onto my bill, I called the store. Can’t get any answers as to what the additional charge was for, I was told Only “shamus/Shamin” the manager could look back. He would call me back, he didn’t. They gave me a $10 credit onto my account. I still got no answers, I called again today and I got told “the driver could’ve accident added a tip” - so that means the driver fraudulently added money onto my card and he must’ve forged my signature. So I guess he “accidentally committed fraud” - the guy I spoke to said you can call your bank and get the money back. That’s NOT the point, the point of the matter is that is fraud. You CAN NOT add money onto the bill unauthorized. I will be calling the state of CT since this is the type of behavior this dominoes think...

Will not order from this location again. A 2 months ago. I ordered over the phone. I got there. The kid behind the counter asked my name. Gave it. He said he had nothing. So I ordered again in person. He asked me multiple times at different time periods what I ordered. He never out in the order. Wait a hour and half and still haven't had my order. Not one "adult" was there. It seemed all the employees were high schoolers. So recew. Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. The made the pizza wrong and didn't even give us the sauce for the bread.
