Starbucks — Restaurant in Danbury

Haven't tried the drive through before. They had to incorporate a drive through to compete with all the Dunkin Donuts in this area that feature drive throughs. First time I actually wanted to try it, it was closed. Ha. They've done a great job making my drinks correctly but I don't have any hard orders anyway. Bathroom was sub par, but I think they have less time to clean the tables and bathrooms because the drive thru line is never ending.

Still good service with a smile. Drive through is extremely convenient and pretty fast. Seems like they give priority to it!

I would like to see cleaner interiors. It seems the staff is so busy catching up on drive through and regular orders that the care of the tables, milk and sugar station, and floors is overlooked.

I sometimes meet with clients at this location and try to get the corner table with the four comfy chairs. But I usually have to wipe the table down myself and try to kick straw wrappers and food crumbs under the seats to make it more presentable for a business meeting.

Other than the cleanliness of the table and chair areas, the drinks and food are what you would expect, which is a good thing.

EXCEPT the breakfast sandwiches. Not the fault of the location, obviously, but have you ever had a good breakfast sandwich from Starbucks that wasn't twice the price it should be?

I’ve been coming here since the day they opened and have always customized my drinks to my liking. Tonight Nov 8th around 7:30pm I stopped by per usual to get my triple iced customized the same way I’ve been doing it for months. A gentleman was taking my order and once I said to add 3/4 of oat milk he said he can’t do that and would charge me for a latte. I told him I’ve been doing this order this way for months and never been charged as a latte. He was sooo rude and said he can’t do that with a tone. As was told that he’s going to let everyone know that they’re not allowed to take my customized order unless I’m being charged for a latte. NEVER in the X amount of years I’ve been coming here have experienced rudeness from someone. Very disappointed that my kids had to hear the way my wife and I were treated. I placed an order around 20 minutes in advance to receiving my drinks. I watched my drink sit on the mastrena with a dead shot in it for over 5 minutes, and they didn't bother to mix the shot with the syrup. (Other baristas could’ve stepped in to help after seeing it sit there, but they were too busy socializing) Not only did the barista not call out my drink when it was pushed on the counter, but my drink was bitter. I asked for a remake, and the barista who formerly made my drink took it with attitude, remade it (again with a dead, bitter shot and nonmixed syrup) and silently pushed it out once done again. As a barista, I may not enjoy my job a majority of the time, but I produce these drinks with the customer in mind. Never would I be so carefree over an overpriced $8 latte.
