I had an encounter with the most rudest, and arrogant woman I’ve ever met. While I was there the drive thru was quite busy so I didn’t mind that my order was taking a little longer than usual. So I just waited in line and went on my phone until my order was ready. Than this women named Heliane Bastos showed up and started yelling at the employees for just doing they’re jobs in a busy time. She especially yelled at this young girl for not taking the front counter orders while seeing that the drive thru was extremely busy and that she was doing the best she could. She than decided to stop yelling at the employees to ask me “why are you just standing there” in such a rude manner as if I’m an employee that she can boss around. She than proceeds to argue with me saying it’s all my fault and that I should shout at the employees that my order is taking long. Mind you I did not mind waiting I also never complained about my order taking long. I guess she just noticed me standing there for awhile and wanted to argue with me. I didn’t care that my order was taking long because I could see that the employees were doing the best they could in a busy time. I asked for her name and she proceeded to say “I am the boss I can do whatever I want” and than walked away because another employee had handed me my order but not right before she told me to leave. Read moreEvery time I come here the service is tolerable, except for tonight. We walked in and there was only a couple ordering inside and two people working behind the counter that we could see with no one in the drivethrough. The guy at the counter had taken the couples order and instead of saying one moment he walked away behind the corner where we couldn’t see him and started talking and laughing with the girl that was on staff with him. When I said “hello, can someone take our order.” He popped his head from around the corner and yelled “I told you to wait a minute while I make their order” which he did not say to either of us when we stepped up. We walked out and they just lost two customers. Also I have seen this one worker be extremely rude to other customers as well a few times before this. He needs to stop flirting with his coworkers and show some real customer service. Dunkin lost a loyal customer today. I have the app and I don’t intend to use it at that Dunkin anymore. Disappointing. We went across the street to pricerite and got an entemanns marshmallow devils food cake instead, which was way better than the stale donuts and bagels that this particular Dunkin’ Donuts has given to me before. Read moreI don’t think I have ever had a positive experience at this location and I’ve been here numerous times to give them another shot- hoping that my experience was a “one off.” Several different times I have ordered ahead and then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes inside the store for my coffee. For example: I placed my mobile order at 4pm and didn’t receive my coffee in-hand until 4:22pm (no exaggeration). There needs to be better communication between the staff and more organization because this location is a disaster 9 times out of 10. There was one young lady trying to handle everything, which is simply not possible or fair when there’s 2 other employees...
