Dunkin' — Restaurant in Danbury

They are terribly terribly slow on a regular basis (compared to ALL other locations that I have been to)!! But, they have always gotten my order correct, so I have continued going here, just ordering way ahead of time knowing they need a lot of extra time to get my order ready. So I ordered this morning online with plenty of time for them to get my order ready. And I get there but the door to get into the lobby is locked!! I called them several times but they don't answer the phone. Another customer in the parking lot advised me that if I park on the other side of the building, that someone would come out with my order. So I moved my car to the other side & waited. I waited for almost 15 minutes & still no one acknowledged me or the other cars that were waiting for their orders. I finally walked over to the drive through window & asked for my order over the rooftop of someone else's car in front of the drive through window. I couldn't wait any longer as I was late for work at that point. There was a very nice woman who apologized profusely & brought me out my order saying that they were short staffed. I haven't seen her there before but she seemed like she was trying to catch up. But that was the last straw for me... I have ordered from this location so many times & they are super slow getting orders ready... but making me late for work was the last straw. When I'm in a time crunch, I will never he able to...

My boyfriend and I were just at this establishment. We come here all the time. The employees got our order incorrectly and didn't charge us for a hot coffee we ordered on the same receipt. We ended up paying for it separately. Holding up the line. We ordered an XL hot hazelnut coffee which we didn't get and they gave me a regular iced coffee instead of a hazelnut one. Don't let me get started on the customer service. Everything tasted horrible and the employees had an attitude and we could tell their English was poor as well. I don't know if it was a language barrier or something but we were very disappointed today. We chose to go to a different dunkin donuts where we had a better experience. They have lost our business at this location. Either hire better and qualified employees or just shut the place down. Keep other customers from having a bad experience as we did. All reviews seems to be accurate, this place is full of DRIFT! I was rudely asked WHAT??? When I approached the drive thru to order, so I politely asked, are you ready to take my order? and got a : SHOOT ME! I then decided to walk in to speak to the manager, I was then greeted by someone by the name of Juliana, clamming to be the manager, I then stated my case and said, you guys need to be re-trained, because I don't want anyone with a bad attitude handleing my food, I was then told that there were several choices and I did not have to go there...as a Foreigner that speaks 3 languages, I asked her if she was a Foreigner and she was like what is that?
