I wish I could give this place less than one star. I have ordered here a couple of times and I have to conclude that "their employees are the rudest ever ". I understand that working in the fast-paced food industry is sometimes really hard to make customer satisfied but you guys are ridiculously rude. I ordered 12pc extra crispy chicken bucket meal today. I, myself don't speak English with perfect American accent and I understand that it is not easy to hear and take order through the Drive- through system. The girl that took my order is extremely impolite and yelled at me when she asked questions. When I finished ordering, I heard she said " oh God or Jesus" or something like that. Not to mention, she didn't give me napkins and it was not even 12pcs Chicken in my order. The store, They have all the signs and Comercial with polite messages but in reality they are totally not professional and amazing impolite. They really don't care about customers at all. If they want to gain more profit, compete with other fast food restaurants, and expand their company, I think KFC need look carefully back to their customer service or employees in general. That's all I want to say. I did say "thank you" to the girl who took my order though. I hope she can learn to say Thank you and Sorry to customer and yea...hope she can get...
Read moreI went to the drive-thru last night with my husband about 10-15 minutes before closing. When we got to the intercom, the staff member simply said "Sorry, man....we have nothing left." We were annoyed not only with the fact that the bunch of kids working there put their desire to leave at 10 rather than work until 10 and then close at the assigned time (they had already started turning over chairs inside and half the lights were already off), but mostly at the attitude of the staff member who clearly could not care less about turning away business during business hours. Today I went in the evening to get what we were unable to yesterday, and I simply ordered a bucket of chicken (the value bucket). I came home to find that I was provided literally half the number of pieces that I paid for. I already have realistically low expectations of fast-food service, and I am still flabbergasted by just how little the staff there cares about the work they do. You have two jobs at the drive-thru window: counting and serving the customers who come through. 2 days in a row they managed to neglect both tasks while being rude in the process....
Read moreFood was not the greatest, and the service was not good, I’m saying this because I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food, the girl that took my order tells me that they where out of aridgenall chicken and they can make same and it will take 5 minutes and I said that I’ll wait for it, and I paid for it and was ask to park and I did for a half hour and they never gave me the order, the girl that took my order went on break outside and went by my car and in a car in back and I said to my self this isn’t right and went in and ask to get my order and the girl inside ask me for receipt and I explained to her and showed her my phone with the card I used to pay and told her see my car outside , I haven’t moved from there sense the other girl asked me to park there and she asked me my order and I told her, she have me the order and I said that I wanted a number to make a complaint and she said what I want a side order to be good and I said no, just to let them know and that they need to correct and train better workers.
