Milenio's Restaurant — Restaurant in Danbury

Food was great, place was kinda hard to find since it doesn’t look open from the outside. Had to call to make sure they were open and find out if they had parking, which is between the restaurant and the firehouse, tiny parking lot, there is an entrance thru the back. Lots of options for food. Food was good, shrimp ceviche was different then the ones I had before…more creamy but definitely good. One part I didn’t really care for is that they include the tip themselves and it’s a 20% which this time I didn’t care since service was good, waiter was friendly, answered all my questions and didn’t bring all the food out at once like sometimes they do, meaning appetizer and entrée not too long after. We’ll be back.

Oh I almost forgot they give you popcorn and chifles (plantain chips) to start with which is different from other Ecuadorian restaurants most of them give you tostado. Loved the changed &...

Food is ok service horrible had to wait for ever to get food and worse to get extra drinks and to get my check it was a good 40 minutes wait and to top it all off they add themselves an 18% tip absolutely ridiculous i would never go to this place again not even places like Ichiro (a habachi place) add an 18% tip for a party of 4 there are better places with much better service then this!!... so pay attention to your bill when u go there. . Es lamentable encontrarse un restaurant que represente a nuestro país como este, y que primeramente la comida sirvan diferente a lo que detallan en el menu, pedi una parrillada que dice es para dos personas y que sera servido con papas grandes cocinadas con salsa de queso y lo que sirvieron fue 1 chuleta de puerco, 1 salchicha partida en dos, poco de vegetales y 3 costillas de res que sirvieron crudas y que mande a cocinar por dos veces y aun así las costillas seguían crudas, y sirvieron con arroz y habichuelas y que cobraron $22.00 de lo cual pienso que es un robo, creo que ellos no tienen idea de lo realmente es una parrillada. Pero lo grave de todo fue que pague con tarjeta de crédito y al chequiar mi cuenta de banco la mesera se ha aumentado la propina que ya le asigne al valor total de la cuenta, a pesar de que no debi haber dejado nada... la propina no es mandatoria y peor aumentarse sin autorización , la mesera cometió ABUSO DE CONFIANZA, estas personas pensaran que son muy inteligentes haciendo esto, y no lo dudo que lo vienen haciendo por mucho tiempo, lo malo es que muchas personas confían en la honestidad del restaurant , pero que pena y me da avergüenza de nuestra propia gente ecuatoriana, que ni saliendo de nuestro país no cambian y siguen haciendo daño a nuestra misma gente. Tengan cuidado con lo que piden , por que sirven lo que ellos quieren y mucho mas con sus cuentas, especialmente si son pagadas con tarjetas de banco, chequeen todo para que no les pase mi...
