DND Kava Bar — Restaurant in Dania Beach

After hearing many good things about this spot, I finally drove 30 minutes to try. The person behind the bar was not helpful or friendly. She did not want to recommend me anything, instead just pointed me to look at the menu. Very disappointed in the service here. I didn’t catch her name but she was a young girl big glasses. I ended up paying $21 for a drink that I believe she made incorrectly. The cup was full of ice, the sprite took up a little more then 3/4 of the cup and she only put a splash of the kratom flavored drink. Very disappointed in this visit. She did not seem to want to help me or make me a drink. Would not recommend. Reply to owner: I posted the review a few days after when I had time to sit down. DND Kava Bar and Lounge is hands down the best place in Dania Beach to enjoy quality kava in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. I tried several flavors, and the kava was top-notch—smooth and refreshing. What surprised me was the pricing; despite the high quality, it’s more affordable than other kava spots in the area.

Danny and Davo, the owners, are fantastic—super friendly and clearly passionate about creating a space where people can relax and connect. The lounge itself is clean, well-lit, and has the perfect vibe for hanging out, whether you’re there for game nights, fight nights, or just to unwind.

One of the things that really sets DnD apart is the community feel. The crowd was great, and I had the chance to meet and connect with some awesome people.
