I recently visited Arby's in Danville, KY, and had a generally positive experience. The food was decent, but it didn't exceed my expectations. However, it was exactly what I expected from a fast food chain like Arby's, so I wasn't disappointed.
Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mishap at the second window when we paid, which caused us to pay the wrong amount. However, the difference was minimal, so it didn't significantly impact our experience. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the mistake, which was appreciated.
To make up for the error, the staff went above and beyond by giving us a free shake. This gesture was unexpected and very much appreciated. It's always great to see staff going out of their way to make customers happy.
Overall, I would rate my experience at Arby's in Danville, KY, as four stars. The food was what I expected, the staff was friendly, and the mistake at the second window was rectified with a free shake. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat...

There was 2 cars ahead of me and when I got the the speaker I was told they could not get to my order I would have to pull around front (very rude tone!)    Read morePaid a visit to this Arbys while I was in town and I was absolutely shocked (not in a good way). The store it's self was clean and stocked, however, there was an older lady with glasses dressed in a business casual outfit who I'm assuming was a high up manager, belittling and berating the employees, she was speaking to them as if they were literally stupid. Very unprofessional and definitely not how you talk to your employees (I'm a business owner myself). Because of this alone, I will not be visiting this location again until the issue is either fixed or they have a meeting with their upper management and take some more training on conduct.
