Hardee's — Restaurant in Danville

Omg I got off work bc I work 3rd shift went and got some French toast sticks meal the old lady was very disrespectful didn’t have no customer service got home and my French toast sticks was very hard. Hashbrowns were cold so I called the same day as soon as I got them put my name in the book she said I could come back and get it replaced so as I proceeded today to go back up there to get my food. The same lady that was there a older black lady with glasses, I believe her name is Catrina and this white lady both was very rude Catrina lied and said that I did not call up there knowing I did then she asked me was all my food messed up including my drink trying to be funny so I said I don’t even need the drink. The first issue I had was with rewards, I EARNED a free drink and the code wasn’t working instead of giving any suggestions or try to promo it she asked did I want to take it off so instead I just ordered it online, that was fine , but when I ordered my food I asked for fresh tator tots, they instantly handed me a box, no fresh tots made that’s fine but then the what really top the cake I also ordered a coffee I waited 20 minutes for a coffee, the manager is super rude and does not know how to properly conduct business I’ve worked for fast food and this was the worst experience I’ve had, on top of my bacon half raw no napkin...

What has happened to all the Hardee's in Danville, VA and Yanceyville, NC? Have visited all of these Restaurants they all have bad , smart acting employees and managers who I consider snots. The food is always horrible cold and not prepared right! Please do not get an order to go and not check it because i bet 90% of the time it will not be right ours never is!
