This place is terrible. I went there twice, both times I waited thirty minutes longer than I should have, both times they ignored me like I wasn't there and just talked amongst themselves. I went in first to make an appointment to have my door speaker checked because I thought it was blown, the guy told me it wasn't it was just loose or the top needed to be shaved, I was charged $40 and they said that's all I'd have to pay for them to do the whole job, I even asked twice and they said so again. Today, we go, we get there early, the large bearded white man on the front counter just stands around doing nothing, doesn't tell them we're there, 4:30 rolls around and someone ELSE has already been served, finally we go and talk to them and ask what the deal is and they respond "we told them you weren't here, they’ve already left"!!! They finally take it back, barely have it in the back any time at all, bring it back and say "the speakers blown, you can buy two whole new ones and it'll be $70 on top of that price to put them in". It goes from $40 to several hundred! Then they tried to say it'd been blown since I was there last, but it hasn't been driven at all since there except to bring it back. It was very obvious that they didn't really do anything but take my door off because they closed in 15 minutes and didn't want to be there later, and then they didn't even put my door back on properly, we had to do it ourselves!! I will never give this place my business again, they're extremely unprofessional, they don't care about their customers, and they basically stole my money for nothing! I want...

Bought my son a radio, for Christmas, for his 2009 Toyota Venza. This was 2024. Went in for installation and had ordered the wrong harness. Told him they would call when the new 1 came in. Sent him out the door. He gets home. I go look at his car. They had cracked his center console prying on it for removal. Talked to them and said they would replace the broken piece. Take it back in when called. Go and pick it up. They had broken another piece around the cupholder removing it. Said they would replace both pieces. Wrote me up a contract and said they would replace both pieces. A month goes by and my son calls. We can’t find the pieces. We are still looking. Some more time goes on. We still can’t find the pieces my son is told. Months goes by and they pass my son off too Harvey’s. He will get your part. My son goes out there. They look at it. Yes, we will call you when we find it. After a few phone calls out there. We still have not got the parts replaced! They should have dealt with Harvey’s on getting the pieces. Not my son. This has been going since this past January. Lesson learned. I will not spend another penny with this company. I do not recommend using this business for your car...

Described what I was looking for, the best 6x8 speakers for my 04 F150 Crew Cab Lariat. I was sold 2 sets of rockford 6x8 speakers for $170 (just 4 little door speakers), upon testing them in my truck I found absolute 0 difference between these and my stock speakers. Infact the stock sounded a little better! I started some googling and found that these were rockford's basic R1 speakers. And that I over paid twice of what they are really worth! So I decided I would try to get my money back! Packaged the speakers back up exactly as they came out the box, couldnt even tell the box was opened! They said they do not take returns UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! AND They played the blame game on my head unit! So I am now left with useless brand new overpriced door speakers that no one wants for even half of what I paid for them! Total loss. Things like this is why I never refer friends to this place (even had one that went their before my bad experience and they fudged up the truck of his car, alot of un-need holes drilled in the trunk of his car when installed subs which is why I figured I would install these door speakers myself.
