Taco Bell — Restaurant in Danville

I go to this location often bc they are open late, I always get the same combo, chicken chalupas, I normally ask for them to make sure the chalupas are crispy bc they sometimes aren't but this time I forgot to mention it and got 3 soft chalupas. I went back thru the line and asked them to cook the chalupas a little longer, even said I don't mind if they use the same toppings from my current chlupas to put back in the recooked shells bc that wasn't wrong. I didn't mind if they looked like they scrapped off toppings and put them back on just as long as shells were cooked. They literally just put the food either in a microwave or under a heat lamp and brought it right back out with the bag sealed up. I checked them the second time and just shook my head and left. I knew upon seeing that bag sealed they would still be wrong. The original bag they handed me out the window was open and the young lady at the window didn't even look at me when she handed it to me. On round two the lady was nice about it and told me to have a good night but I could hear her over the speaker with other guests and I don't think she should be the one working the window. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I will just take my business to the Piney Forest location. Their staff is much more considerate, they just close...

We ordered 7:07pm and got our order 30mins+ after. Felt like they lost our order punch on their screen because they have no idea about our order. People who ordered after us got theirs and I had to approach the counter twice and the last person I talked to had to take my receipt inside so they could get our items processed. I just don't understand how it happened but it did and it's beyond frustrating. The staff stated apologies but I felt like they could've done something better to turn around the experience. Anyways we're thinking about not coming back to this branch anymore. Maybe there was no manager around as no one approached us about me, standing in front of the counter for so long. And we thought this branch was good because of the ratings but our visit was extremely bad....

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! First off I approached Taco Bell excited to eat some chicken chalupas. I love Taco Bell. But this experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They served me 2 stale chalupas with ice cold chicken. They weren’t welcoming at all. The lady stared at me at the window until I asked her how much it was. Then after trying it and being highly disappointed, I went back in and requested a refund. The manager took my food threw it away and didn’t think once to apologize or show the slightest empathy for the fact that I came through the drive through with intentions to eat some fresh tacos.
