IV Sushi Togo — Restaurant in Danville

Without a doubt, my new favorite to-go sushi spot! There are at least a dozen sushi places closer or equally as far away from my house, and I was surprised that IV Sushi Togo hadn't come up on any of my searches. It finally did, and I am so grateful. There are countless reasons why this is now my favorite spot for takeout sushi! Let me start by saying the people inside.. I'm assuming at least one was the owner - are so friendly, so kind, and so grateful for their customers. The food - super fresh, very generous, absolutely beautiful and delicious, plus the menu has the best variety of rolls I have seen. The concept - this is a to-go only spot, they also cater to larger groups - sushi cakes and sushi boats. I'm looking forward to an event that we can order one. What I ordered - double tuna and mango roll, lion king roll, spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, miso soup and salad. All amazing - I would absolutely order any of these again, but I also can't wait to try so many more! This spot has been open almost a year, but I'm so happy that IV Sushi Togo finally came up on my search. I highly recommend you order your next to-go...

I recently ordered a sushi boat from IV Sushi for my father-in-law’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience! This was my first time ordering one, and the whole process was super easy. I called in the day before, and the lady on the phone was very helpful, explaining how everything worked. The deposit process was simple—just a small cash deposit for the boat, which you get back once you return it.

The sushi itself was incredible! Fresh, beautifully presented, and my father-in-law loved it. The entire family enjoyed both the flavors and the stunning presentation. On top of that, they also gave us complimentary soup, salad, and seasoned edamame, which was a really nice touch and made the experience even better.

IV Sushi is a family-owned business, and I love supporting small, family-run restaurants that truly care about their customers. This place definitely deserves praise, and I’ll be coming...

Limited open time 4-9 pm Tuesday to Sunday, Monday closed, all orders are take out only. The first time was a very good experience we ordered sushi/nagiri, the rice is about half a portion compared to the fish. My wife and I shared about 4 servings of different sushi and the food was very good. The second time, we ordered sashimi combination. They mixed some tilapia slices which I did not really like. Third time, we ordered four sets of sushi/nagiri and it was really good. They even gave us a free serving of miso soup. Will definitely come back again for more and maybe bring one ot two...
