Went there last night first time in a long time !!! Never will we go there again spending 50 dollars at that. I didn't get my fish!! They was out of hush puppies!!! Nor did I get the 3 orders of coleslaw! I said plenty of cocktail sauce and tarter sauce. They gave me ranch and ketchup! ordered 4 pieces of fish no a single piece!!! Fried Shrimp was cold! Fries was not even 6 fries that was old as Moses! The crunchy/extra/extra crunchies I ordered was burnt up and not even enough I ordered. Green beans was the saltiest thing ever tasted and cold! Mac an cheese was cold and tasted like water with extra done noodle and didn't even fill up the container they came in! The chicken planks was hard as a brick and so greasy❗❗❗ sadly ordered 8 pieces of the chicken planks and only got 5, 6 if ya count that little bitty one that was stuffed in there just to get it out the way... It's sad how I looked him in his eyes and said you sure everything is here? He assured me it was. While other few employers sit behind him just waiting on they phones... As if they waiting for us to pull off from the drive thru so they can close it down. 30 mins early ❗❗ pay 50 bucks for a bunch of nothing !!! Be nice to get the rest of our food or a refund. My mother and I had the WORST Mother's Day there EVER! To begin with, the lady at the counter was rude & appeared to be STONED. She got BOTH our orders wrong 3 times, until I finally just gave up and accepted the food that I DIDN'T order. Then the soda machine broke and began pouring out onto the counter, and onto the floor. We had to WADE through it (no joke) to get our sodas & to our table. When we got there, it was then that my mom noticed that they hadn't even given her her fries. When I complained, the same lady just shrugged, got a side container of fries and then SHOVED them to me without apologizing. When she FINALLY saw the watery mess on the floor from the broken soda dispenser, she just put a "wet floor" sign down, and went back to the counter to take orders from people who were as ANGRY as we were because of the service & waiting for their food. We quickly left. I am now writing this after just an hour of sleep because I am sick from the GREASY cheese curds WHICH I DID NOT ORDER! Very disappointed in long John silvers. They had no root beer no ketchup. Every time we go they are out of something. The worker appearance was not the best. We set and watch them as we ate and not one worker wore gloves when preparing the food. The boy that waited on customer did not wash or wear gloves as he was waiting on customer and then preparing food after waiting on some one. The dining room wasn’t clean. The staff did not look clean. Very disappointed in that place. We want be back. You wonder why people get sick then you need train your associates in food handling and protocol.
