OK, please understand. No other review matters like mine is about to matter. I read all the reviews other than the bad ones. Everybody saying this is the only Chinese restaurant they trust in town I don’t trust you never will and I don’t even know you let’s start with wonton soup. The only one time I had wonton soup It was not noodle soup. It was wonton. You know the little crunchy OK. Let’s move on to the house lo mein baby. I know I don’t have the correct terms of what this stuff is, but I’m gonna explain it to you the best way I know how and maybe you’ll know what I’m talking About But I have never had the little baby looking corn on the cob in my lo mein or those little frisbee looking potato crunchy pieces in my lo mein or mushrooms in my lo mein nor did I ever have top Ramen noodles in my lo mein. My boyfriend ordered fried rice and all the Chinese places I’ve ever been to the rice was yellow I kidd you not the rice was brown. Even the extra rice they give you (normally white) brown. I have a picture inserted that I gave to the cats in my neighborhood because we will not eat it 50 some odd dollars and it was garbage a lot of hot garbage. Looks like the cars don’t want it either. That’s sad
Came back to also say that the entrance doesn’t look good either. Charlotte’s web greets you and the fortune cookies 😡. I’m a punctual person with everybody wasting my time. The fortune gone say, “Respect others time” bishhhhhhhh. The second said “call that person you are thinking about”. And th third one didn’t even have a fortune!!...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with the food at this restaurant. My mother and I had dined here to try the food since it was our first time coming to the restaurant. We ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and Seasame Chicken and of course their chicken came with rice anyways. I’ll start by saying the Chicken Lo Mein (all types of Lo Mein) at this restaurant is not up to quality standard especially for the price they charge for that alone. The noodles are like Angel hair if not thinner than Ramen Noodles. The rice in my opinion had a light sugar taste in it but was still dryer than paper. The Sesame Chicken was Hot but the broccoli that automatically comes with it was non-edible. It was tough enough to break a tooth. The atmosphere was decent at least and the staff is kind. This is all the credit I can give them. Also, other Chinese/Japanese restaurants offer free soup with crackers as an appetizer so the customers can munch on something til their food gets ready. At this restaurant, you’d be charged for any additional foods. Very disappointing. Appetizers shouldn’t be so costly as the main course meal is already at a steep price. I was very disappointed and we believe it was a waste of money altogether. We do NOT recommend this restaurant to the public. If you have standards for what you pay for. Choose another restaurant. If you don’t care about taste or quality this restaurant is...
Read moreLets' start from the beginning. I ordered online. I set it for a certain pick up time and it wasn't ready when I there. I had to wait a while....30 mins. But I was thinking that my food will just be nice and fresh so whatever. When I got my food the bag was sooooo hot and heavy. I liked how much they gave us. It felt worth it. I opened the bag and saw that they separated the meat from the rice. Nice. BUT as I started to eat I realized the meat was hot. The rice was cold. So lets' talk about the food itself. I got spicy orange chicken...it wasn't spicy and didn't taste like orange. I tasted the orange on the brocoli for some reason but not the chicken. The rice was plain on another level. White rice with color. The lomein I ordered had thin noodles. I was ok with that but it was also very plain. My daughter did enjoy her meat which was sesame chicken. So to sum it up...the ambiance is nice, the customer service is nice, expect to possibly wait longer on your food, plain fried rice has no taste at all, Lo Mein doesn't either, spicy orange chicken doesn't taste like orange and the sesame...
