Mad Goat Coffee — Restaurant in Danville

My coffee is always wonderful I come here so much all I have to do is walk in and they know right away who i am and how it's made ,,Today being Sat afternoon I pop in there to pick up my coffee mobile order and saw the coffee wasn't the color needed n was like 2ins from the top of cup I asked the girl if she could finish by adding more coffee she rolled her eyes so hard as if i was annoying her ,took the scoop n started jamming it into the ice machine as if she was aggravated and angry.I asked her y she had an attitude and she rudely n loudly said I don't!!! I asked if anyone else was there as i looked around for one of the regular girls and she again very rudely said nope just us , pointing to another new girl who was at the register as she snatched my cup off the counter and went to add more coffee to it . I just smiled (kuz im such a usual going twice a day there I know every one minus this new girl) I asked her ,her name she again aggressively said Sophia I said o ok n she's like dont worry ima tell them about this to, I just walked out ...This child isn't a good fit for this coffee shop tht is always so sweet, friendly an such a positive and professional atmosphere n she needs some proper retraining on customer service. Im hoping she doesn't act like this to somone new to the coffee shop kuz if this was my 1st time I'd never go back ...I will be speaking to the manger n owner b4 she gives my favorite coffee shop a bad name. One bad experience can affect business and word of mouth is everything.Next time I will order in person and if I walk in an see miss sassy pants alone tending the counter again I won't hesitate to take my business to Starbucks. A couple times in the last few weeks I've been in on a Saturday for afternoon coffee and the girls have been in the kitchen sitting at a table. No one came out except a couple times a girl quickly peeked around the corner then went back to her chair in the kitchen. I don't know how they didn't see me. I was there awhile standing and finally sat till another customer came in then they came out but I was then behind him. I just left like last time. Starbucks who? This place is awesome. The coffee is some of the best I have ever tasted. I usually make my own coffees. Starbucks and Dunkin are for travelling. As I checked reviews for both in Danville, I read some awful comments. One reviewer mentioned Mad Goat. I looked it up and choose to drive a bit out of my way. It turned out I was confused. It wasn't out of my way at all. The location I am at is right off the interstate, on my way home. The staff, knowledgeable and super friendly.
