First of all i am in costumer service too as i run a liquor store ,what happened i went to order drive through and ordered breakfast sub and then she asked what kind of bread and i said italian herbs and she screamed at me and i drove to pay window and asked who is taking order and the fat white girl showed up said what happened i ask who was taking order she didnt replied and i asked whose the manager she was the manager , i asked her why she screamed at me she said sometime its noisy and thats why i asked her if it was noisy or she couldn't hear me properly she should have asked me once can u speak louder or i cant hear u instead she screamed so manager and the girl taking order lost a customer who use to buy sub almost everday for lunch as it was close to me but instead i ill go mcdonalds across subway and hope this subway ill teach their employees how to take orders and train managers how to be at good customer service...
   Read moreIf I could give no star's I would, went here last night and the food was horrible along with the customer service. The food looked like it was made by a 3 year old grand daughter. Out of two different orders no sandwich was made correct and on top of that they mixed the orders up by putting both orders in the same bag! Who does this?    Read moreThe food was fine; not particularly good or bad. What got my attention was the two workers; one without gloves, and neither wearing a mask. Instead, they have tables set up in front of the food prep area, apparently to make customers keep their distance but also making it impossible to tell if mistakes are being made.
All in all, a thoroughly unprofessional visit. I'll probably be back, but if they're still just wandering barefaced, that'll be...
