Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Danville

We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 wings. Couldn’t really complain too much about the wings but the pizza was so wrong! All the toppings were in the middle of the pizza and had about a 3-4 inch crust all the way around. I complained and received a $20 credit. So I ordered the next week online again. It said 25 minutes. I got there in 30 it wasn’t ready. The person cutting took the pizza ( don’t know if it was mine) out of the pan and walked away several times leaving it just sit out. I’m sure it was cold. After waiting 20 minutes more for my order the breadsticks they said were in the oven never came out. I asked about them and the woman who finished out my order and told me we were just waiting on stix said she didn’t know if/where they were she just got there. She’d been there longer than me. After about 30 minutes waiting in the store, pizza in warmer and still no stix my husband came in and told them to trash it all and make all fresh at the same time. We returned in 25 minutes and it was ready but stix were burnt. At that point I was done. Won’t return...

Not a very good experience. I go in to order and they have no menu board to look at and have no menu’s to look at. I ordered a personal pan meat lover pizza and brownies. They tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes. At 15 minutes I go back to the counter and they say they are just waiting for the brownies. After a total of 32 minutes I finally get my food. I ask for napkins and am told they do not have any. I get to my pickup and am going to eat in it in the parking lot because it’s carry out only. My pizza is cold ( room temperature at best) because of having to wait for my brownies to cook. Plus the pizza had a few onions on it somehow. My guess is from the cutter they cut it with. I went ahead and are it because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait another half hour. After NO MENUS, LONG WAIT COLD PIZZA WITH ONIONS (not ordered) AND NO NAPKINS I will think twice before coming here again. Well… I don’t agree with the hours of this location first off because I’m pregnant and craved pizza at noon one day and they were closed. Anyhoo… gave them a try today and the two Caucasian workers were a lil rude. The woman was on the phone so she couldn’t take our order, which was fine cuz I wanted to look at the menu. As I’m looking at the menu, she tells us he can take our order, 4 times. My husband snapped because she was rushing us when we said one minute, we’re looking at menu. The guy who eventually took our order, spoke so low like he didn’t wanna talk to me but the white guy whose order he took before me, he was all helpful and moving with purpose. I honestly probably won’t go back here, that’s just me tho! My pizza was good tho, I just love good customer service and today...
