Taco Bell — Restaurant in Danville

I can honestly say a few months back I came to Gilbert taco bell an my experience was horrible the lobby was so nasty an trashy an the workers was very rude an I told myself I'll never come back to this place again Well I ended up going back My experience this time was awesome It was around 12:30 an when I walked in I was so surprised the place was so clean an everybody was so nice an respectful it was a 360 turn around I will addmite they even had Alot of customers an I thought I was going have to wait on my food an by the time I got my drink my order was up I sat there an ate my food an watched how the girls worked as a team I'm not sure the girls name but I believe it was Ethel an I think the girl who had the star tattoes an the new girl Ashlee an it was one more I think her name was tay maybe You girls did your thing an keep that new girl around cause she is a cleaner an has a awesome personality very good...

Sat down here for a brief pit stop along a road trip.

The food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell chain, nothing particularly special and exactly what you're paying for to be frank.

The service is solid, it's a bunch of young kids working below standard-of-living wages who are trying their best.

The factor that stuck out to me, and is frankly the whole reason I'm writing this review is the manager: She shouted at and berated an employee with threats to fire him loud enough for the whole building to hear over a fairly minor miscommunication relating to an out of stock item.

It was inappropriate, completely unprofessional, and did more to sour my mood than anything else that could have happened there. She shouldn't be in charge of anybody.

I would not eat here again if I ever...

Ordered a vegetarian burrito directly from the kiosk, and nachos without the beef, to go. Upon checking, found beef on the nachos and meat in the burrito. Very bothersome for a vegetarian, more than just an inconvenience. Took it back and the manager didn't recognize the menu item that comes without meat. She remade the order with bad grace, incorrectly again but at least without the meat, and when I tried to show her the menu item on the kiosk, she became offensive, started swearing at me, told me not to come back. Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Due to one person of course, perhaps who had had a bad day, but even so... This is not typical but deserves reporting. Reported it to Taco Bell,...
