Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Danville

The Manager at the Riverside Drive location is very rude and disrespectful!! I ordered on the app and when my son picked the order up and brought it home it wasn't correct. A total of 3 calls were made before getting an answer. The first two calls ended with immediate hang ups, on the third call, I got an extremely rude manager. I explained the problem and she stated what she saw on her end and that they would fix the order. I told her I could see my order and there must be a problem with the app. She clearly didn't care but I did because it's my gas being used for two trips to the same restaurant. I honestly didn't expect the responses I got nor the rude disrespectful attitude. I will never patronize this location ever again! I'm disable on fix income trying buy my autistic son his choice for dinner. My evening was ruined by a Manager that completely doesn't understand the concept of providing customer service. Couldn't wait for this place (#14670)to come and now that's it's here you're still waiting for you food and service. Second time going today and had to wait again this time 10 minutes to take my order and another 30 minutes for my order, which was a 8 piece chicken just the chicken and a sandwich 40 minutes REALLY. This place is so unorganized it's sad, the food is good if they get your order correct and that's another BIG IF. The employees just walking around in circles and getting nothing done. There is too much handling of the food and drinks without gloves to be a real sanitized environment. Food is ordered by the app or the drive -thru only to find out the order is incorrect, or you still have to wait when you going to pick it up, and there's just too much in and out of from behind the counter going outside with orders or the restroom not to wearing gloves one would think. If I could give zero stars for the service, I would. This place is absolutely horrible. They tried to hand me someone else's food and someone else's debit card. When I told them it wasn't mine they asked of I was sure, I told them they hadn't even rung me up yet, this was their first time coming to the window, so no, I haven't given them a card. Idk how they still had someone's card and their food but they were so confused. The manager comes over and instead of giving me my food and ringing me up, they just kept trying to make me take the food that wasn't mine and after about 15 minutes of sitting there and about 5 different people asking me if that's my food, they finally gave me my food and rung me up.
