On May 10, I personally went to Subway at Ballou Park to place a catering order for our church's Wednesday night dinner (more than 24 hours in advance). Patrick took my order. I told him I needed to pick up at 4:45pm on May 15. Left my name and cell number. I arrive at 4:45pm to pick up the order. I needed to be at church to serve by 5pm. NOTHING was ready. NO subs, NO veggie tray and NO boxes for the subs. Patrick said they don't make the catering order until you pick up (not true as I have catered from this Subway before and it was ready as expected. What is the point of ordering in advance for catering, if it is not ready when you expect it). I waited 30 minutes for them to prepare my order. The vegetables for the sandwiches were put in salad bowls - no tray. I contacted the manager, Jessica the next day. I asked what is the process for catering orders. She said 24 hour notice. Then she asked if I was the catering order from yesterday in a very rude, harsh tone of voice. She proceeded to tell me they did not take the order properly (implied it was my fault), did not know what kind of bread or cheese (note: I gave them my cell number - no calls). When I tried to explain my side, she very harshly said i was interrupting her and I needed to let her finish. She was not very customer oriented and not apologetic at all. Read moreI ordered my husband and myself both a footlong monster sub. I waited 45 mins after I placed my order to go pick it up. It said it would be ready in 30 mins so I figured it would definitely be ready in 45mins. Well we get there to pick it up. My husband went in to get it and low and behold they had not even started our subs. So since the order was in my name the young man working calls me and say "we out of steak". All that time they had to call me and let me know that they were out of steak they waited until we got there to get it to call me and tell me after my husband went in to pick it up they had no steak. I believe that is very unprofessional they could have called as soon as I placed my order and let me know there was no steak so I could have made a different order it ticked me off so bad. Read moreIngredients were low to none in the container. Only a few choices available. No low cal mayo. No cups on the counter for drinks. No salt packets put out. All tables were dirty. We had to clean the table before we sat down. And my husband complained the whole time we were there. For a restaurant to be just blocks away from a new opening casino with potential for lots of new customers....yall better step up the game here. No reason for these situations. Laziness!
