Food was decent, which is not really a good thing. Presentation was horrible. Ordered a tuna melt and they did not even use a press machine to make the sandwich and made it a hot, soggy mess. Customer service was awful, one acted like they could not hear me although I was speaking loud enough, acted like as if they did not know how to make sandwiches. Another one acted like as if my mother was not there so she decided not to get anything cause the people there got on her nerves. Actually the veggie sub barely had anything on it. Very disappointed tonite. I order from this location often. I guess it all depends who is working if the sub will be made good or bad. The system went down at the store so my order along with others came in late and had everyone waiting for there orders and that is NO GOOD when you expect ur order to be ready when you arrive! Then they make u wait because you can't get a cash refund so that you may get food from another restaurant.
