Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Danville

It was me and my family’s first time at this location. Me and my husband have two little kids as we walked in we waited at the cash register for about 10 mins to be waited on. Nobody was in front of us everyone just ignored us behind the register. Then finally the little blonde hair worker came to the register with a bad attitude! Didn’t say hello or anything I guess we interrupted her as she was vacuuming the rug as we were coming in. She took our order after that finally. because you know cleaning the rug is way more important then waiting on or greeting the customers. Anyways after that me and my family sat down after we could find a somewhat clean table! They were all nasty. And in order to get napkins you had to walk in a big puddle of water! We got our drink cups and as I was getting our drinks the same girl that waited on us came over to me and started Vacuuming the rug as I was getting drinks and HIT my foot with the vacuum! Pretty much telling me to get out of her way! So I had to move so she could vacuum the rug by the drink area. Then we finally got our food it was all thrown on two plates we spend about 50 dollers there on a family meal didn’t get any plates or sauce had to go back up there to get more and walk through a puddle of water well stand in it to get ketchup and napkins that were all sticky. Our chicken strips were just full of Grease when you broke them in half grease just poured out of them. Needless to say me and my whole family got sick after eating there. Then me and my daughter go to the restroom after we were done. The restroom was dirty no toilet paper in one of the stalls. Needless to say we will never go back to this location you all need to do BETTER! and you need to teach your workers how to treat people and not run them over with vacuums and such I was so disappointed when I left and there is no excuse for the behavior or the way the place looked! Went to this establishment and the cashier did not get the first part of our order so then we had to go back and repeat everything. The cashier got mad after they had to repeat everything then went firmly huffed your order is $38 and didn’t let us check to see if they got the right food. We say okay that was rude. We pull up to the window and they mess up our drinks. We say they gave us too many and they ask us to move forward. We go forward and wait then we put food gets brought out a teenage guy says to my mom that she should treat the staff with more respect. Like it wasn’t her who messed up the order or was rude to a paying customer. We then ask for the manager and his name and he goes running inside. Not as good as they could be. First the server was more interested in talking to there co worker than taking the order. 2 minutes I was the only person in line

Waiting for the order 5-10 minutes not sure was checking my phone.Two of the employee behind the counter found it a good idea to check their's too. I am sure preparing my food was not their job but not a good look.

The salad was good and large. So large that they could not expect 1.25 ounce dressing to be enough. For an extra 25 cents you can job done.

Will I be back yes. Will I order extra dressing yes. Will I go to Zaxby's if need to somewhere in a timely manner no.
